Growing children from childhood to adulthood and their challenges.

There are a lot of problems faced by children at this stage before maturity.

These are

Discrimination against by family and community members.This could be on family background or poverty.drug abuse and HIV and Aids.Lack of education.

The problems am trying to solve are,

Substance and drug abuse.Am  providing guidance and consoling to school from nusery school to secondary schools.

Am also provinding.free secondary schools free to less advantage children.

By consoling our children well and educating them we have an interigent and educated society.

Drug and substance abuse

This vice has made our children addict.They have become addicts.So need a good parenting and caring for our children as a future generations .

Aids and HIV. This is a epedimic that has truly affected our children.Need a good parenting.

Ilitracy.we need to establish more schools to offer more free education.I have a school giving free primary education to poor children.

I have established a primary, secondary and providing counselors to guide them.

I have a population of 100 students.

Am based in wanyororo A nakuru.

Most families are poor.They can't afford secondary education.I have already set up  appointment guidance and conscelling plant.

Our parents at home are too busy to even advice and guide our children.

I provide guidance and conscelling to children and youths.This has helped in cubbing out drug and substance abuse problems in our societies.

I also provide free education to poor families' children hence fighting away illitracy

I provide school needed facilities and teachers.this include land, structures furnitures, water lab facilities.

I need to set a pacemaker to the entire world on poverty eradiction program.fight away illitracy poverty and ignorance probably

Full time staff are 8 teachers,2 watchmen,2 cooks,a matron and a messanger.this add u p to 14 employees full time.part time none.

Give the best education to these students.provide best facilities ever and give put most interigent citizens

Am working alone for now but am ready to partner with any aggressive company

Education to the poor hence producing graduates.Educating society.My joy are these students.

I am  borrowing loans  from friends and banks o fund my school.currently I don't have donors.No well wishers.

I need more land as I have only 6 acres.More need ten acres for expansion.

More classrooms needed.lab structure and equipment.

School bus and vans for office use and students movement.

banks, government organization and organs,non governmental organizations.

Increase the land by buying 5 to 10 acres.Build more classrooms.Set up a modern lab.Buy a school bus and vans for school use.

I will set up a center for rehabilitation of  drug and substance abuse addicts.This will be a separate project in the 5-10 acres land I will buy.i will put needed structures and facilities installed.

I will add more facilities in the schools am running.
