The “HealthAbove'll” solution that we offer is an unprecedented innovation in sexual and reproductive health in Togo. First of all, it is a solution that is typically digital, applicable with Internet. It is therefore a new application which will present several services, from sex education to sexual and reproductive rights including contraception, counseling and other related services in the area of sexual health among adolescents and young people. This application would be easily usable with Android phones, accessible to all young people. By choosing to use this application, adolescents and young people could significantly break the sociocultural constraints that often prevent them from meeting health professionals when they seek to understand the issue of sexual and reproductive health.
Our solution aims to improve sexual and reproductive health outcomes in Togo. Concretely, we plan to reach 5,000 young people and adolescents users by 2024. In the next five years, our solution will benefit to 25,000 young people and adolescents through a clear increase in the use of sexual health services and reproduction in young people. This will significantly improve the level of knowledge of young people and adolescent on sexual and reproductive health issues. In addition, this will contribute to the reduction of early and unwanted pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS as well as deaths linked to clandestine abortion. All these results will be possible thanks to the implementation of outcome harvesting, a rigorous monitoring-evaluation method which will allow us to organize daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly monitoring.
It is clear that adolescents and young people face enormous difficulties in terms of sexual and reproductive health. Beyond the lack of information and difficult access to contraception, especially for young girls, medical ethics are almost non-existent: lack of confidentiality and non-respect for private life. By initiating this digital solution, we expect a clear improvement in sexual and reproductive health services among young people. This means that our solution seeks to induce a change in mentality among health professionals but also the promotion of responsible, positive and fulfilling sexual experiences among young people. By promoting sexual and reproductive rights via digital technology, the sexual violence can be reduced, even sexually transmitted infections and early and unwanted pregnancies. Thus, young people, especially girls, could freely decide on their sex life, which will significantly impact their future.

Our solution is designed by a team of volunteers who work for the cause of young girls in terms of sexual and reproductive health. The entire team works full time for a better impact of the solutions we offer in the promotion of sexual and reproductive health among young people in Togo.
Our organization has always worked on of sexual and reproductive health issues among young people, including awareness-raising, capacity building, advice and referral. It should just be noted that the solution we are proposing is an idea that arise as part of the Solve grant for improving sexual and reproductive health outcomes among young people.
Our organization always reflects the various communities we serve in our country and we still create environment in which everyone feels valued and respected. In our policies and in the definition of roles, we ensure that men or boys are represented or involved as much as women or girls.
The solution we propose aims to improve sexual and reproductive health outcomes among young people. This specific solution will benefit to the young population, particularly adolescents and young people. These young people will therefore seek sexual and reproductive health services in a new way through the use of a digital application called "HealthAbove'll" to improve their sexual and reproductive lives.
