As of our latest update, Hapega's solution team consists of the following:

Full-time staff: 3 team members, including the Team Lead, a Program Coordinator, and an Educator/Facilitator.
Part-time staff: 2 team members who assist with program delivery and support on a part-time basis.
Contractors and Volunteers: We work with approximately 5 contractors and volunteers who provide specialized expertise in areas such as curriculum development, graphic design, and community outreach.

Hapega's journey began in early 2020. As of the current year, 2023, we have been working on our solution for approximately 3 years. During this time, we have made significant progress in developing and implementing our tailored comprehensive sexuality education programs for young individuals with intellectual disabilities in Botswana.
