Problems
In Tanzania both adolescents and young women are likely to face a range of health and social challenges. For instance, initiation of sexual activity while they lack adequate knowledge and skills for protection places, adolescents at a higher risk of unwanted pregnancy, unsafe abortion and sexually transmitted infections including HIV/AIDS. These are the problems we are going to tackle or solve

Our Solution
A&Y TV (Adolescent girls and youths women Television), this is an online television platform and an application(app) that broadcasts talk shows of informing, educating and advising adolescent girls and young women about SRHR and sexual violence through talk shows and short films. Our solution is
- Informing, educating and advising adolescent girls/young women and young people about SHRR.
- Providing education, information and counseling for HIV/AIDS to adolescent, access to condoms, voluntary counseling and testing (VCT), STI diagnosis and treatment and anti-retroviral therapy.
- Sexual abuse counseling and management to adolescent girls and young women

We are expecting to work with different stakeholders like parents, psychologists, teachers, government health departments, health specialists/experts like doctors, nurses and different health stakeholders.
Our solution serves to adolescent girls and young women are likely to face a range of health and social challenges. For instance, their at a higher risk of unwanted pregnancy, unsafe abortion and sexually transmitted infections including HIV/AIDS. In Tanzania Young people make up the largest and fastest growing proportion of the population in Tanzania; half of the population is below the age of 17. Investment in young people’s sexual and reproductive health is critical to protect their well-being, maximize their potential for healthy and productive lives, and improve social and economic development.
Both adolescent girls in Tanzania aged from 13-19 are likely to be 12,000,000 by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) and young women aged from 19-28 population is 20,000,000.
Our target population is about 30,000,000 ( thirty million ) both adolescent girls and young women in Tanzania.

Community Health Social Welfare Africa (COMHESWA), we already demonstrated this project and how the final product will look and function, we already prepare and process everything that used in the project, like web development domain; developers create a series of rapidly developed mock-ups to validate the design, architecture, the programs and usability of a software solution before significant resources are invested. We already refine and practical simulation of the product or feature and provide a clear view of its operation.
Innovation and technology have the potential to empower women and girls and help realize their sexual reproductive health and rights .
Through mobile phones, tablets and laptops and the internet, now through A&Y TV (Adolescent girls and Youth women TV, an online TV platform and an app) is going to help these adolescent girls and youth women to use digital platforms to get relevant information, education, counseling, trainings about SRHR and Sexual Violence through talk shows and short films . These adolescent girls and youth women will get all of these through their smartphones, tablets and laptops. Adolescent girls and young women get all of these education, information and counseling about SRHR at any where, any time just through their mobile phones. And when these young women decide to have children, will have access to skilled health care and services that can help them have a fit pregnancy, safe birth and healthy baby. Our innovation is provide relevant information and education to adolescent girls and youth women about SRHR just everywhere and anytime.

- By 2027 will ensure that 70% of adolescent girls and young women in Tanzania can access to sexual reproductive health and rights, sexual reproductive-care services, including for family planning, information & education, & the integration of reproductive health
- By 2027 will ensure that 70% of adolescent girls in Tanzania will be free from childhood pregnancies
- By 2025, substantially reduce the number of raping and sexual violence to adolescent girls and young women.
- By 2025 70% of young women in Tanzania are able to have a satisfying and safe sex life and that they have the capability to reproduce and the freedom to decide if, when and how often to do so.
