Each phase of our project has innovative ideas,
In phase one
In addition to the new approach of mindfulness and art therapy for the rehabilitation (these help to address many victims at the same time with low cost), We have also planned to develop the first psychotherapy-based mobile application in Ethiopia using four major languages in the country.
In phase two
We have developed culturally oriented new trainings and practical activities to help our participants internalize the concepts. New innovative ideas will also be fostered during the job creation trainings.
I phase three
From establishing new processing machinery to marketing strategy; These stages have many innovative plans.
Our Herbal teas have many unique selling points, including:
New natural ingredients that appeal to consumers looking for healthy and organic products
Variety of novel flavors and blends that cater to different tastes and preferences
Potential health benefits associated with specific herbs, such as calming effects, immune system support, and digestive aid
Can be enjoyed hot or cold, making them versatile for different seasons and occasions
Can be caffeine-free, making them a great alternative for those who want to avoid caffeine or have caffeine sensitivity.
We hope to see SGBV victims under our supervision to be healthy in all aspects. By equipping them with the right psychological tools, we envision seeing them as independent and stable women who can sustain their lives.
After the training and formation of farmers cooperation, most of our participants will be involved in the formation of the herbal tea company.
There is a limitation in tea production in our country, so our product will provide different-flavored tea with different health impacts.
We are established to make our country the best exporter of tea in the world and to help others by providing healthy tea. We have a vision to be Ethiopian in color and icon, address local markets, and export of foreign currency, using our Multidisciplinary team to use Fresh, natural, novel branding and provide Health and wellness based product. By creating job opportunities for more than 50 employees, we believe we will support farmers with 70 % female proportion and also other stakeholders in our work chain.

Regarding the herbal tea business,
Ethiopia is a country blessed with rich biodiversity. Many scholars claim that over 1000 known endemic medicinal and nutritional herbal plants grow in our mother land. We also have a unique traditional health care system that dates back to the pre-historic era. If handled in a scientific way, this hidden wealth of the country has tremendous potential to cultivate the health and wellbeing of its citizens. On top of that, with standardized pharmaceutical establishments, the socio-economic benefits it will generate to our country could have been high. The US alone has a total market value of more than 100 billion dollars related to herbal medicine, tea, food, cosmetics, and supplements.
This is why we formed this company, did the research and market analysis, and gathered more than 50 professionals from agriculture, medicine, nutrition, engineering, and biochemistry. We also prepared a detailed plan, trade name, logo, and marketing plan.
