One Server Each
We are trying to solve the root cause of the problem, the collection and accuracy of medical and health data. We are half a century into the digital revolution, electronic medical/health records and the wealth of information they provide are in total disarray, Why? We have thousands of disparate medical data collection systems out there and they are just now starting to share data. My lifetime of medical records data are in over 15 different systems, trying to share all of this data across all these systems so that a complete picture of my medical history can be found at any one of them is futile. We need to move all of a persons medical records into one place, one server, one electronic medical record per person. All providers of health care need to push all of the medical/health records for an individual into one place from this point on. Here are some of the problems this solution will alleviate. With a persons medical data siloed in one place, the accuracy of the data is increased substantially, a person can verify if the data in their record is correct. With a persons medical data siloed in one place, the target, origin, source of the data is without question. With a persons data siloed in one place, a person can have much more control over their medical data. The accuracy of the origin of the information is paramount to what happens once a persons medical records are shared and combined with other persons data. Now big data has the base it needs, now AI has the base it needs, the analyzing of big data sets that are known, traceable. This ensures high-quality inputs, which help guarantee high quality outputs, and insights.
Build one database of medical and health data for each individual, push all old data and all new data to this siloed dataset. Have an interface so that the individual can see and administer their medical and health data. Integrations so that providers, researchers and insurers can access and interact with the data. Build exchanges so a person and providers can easily submit and share their data for analysis. We are using Linux, Java and Spring Framework for the back-end and integrations, We are using MySQL for the database, and I'm using Angular for the front end.
This solution serves everyone, especially the individual. The accuracy and source of truth of ones medical history will save lives. Providers will have the full picture and be able to provide the best solution and do it quicker, knowing they have all the medical information about the person they are treating.
One Server Each has been working on this design since 2008, we are well positioned and have come across and solved almost all the obstacles that present themselves with this solution. This can be delivered quickly given access to more programmers. For 15 years we have consulted with thousands of individuals, providers and researchers who all agree this is the correct solution. It just makes sense to everyone that there medical data should exist in just one place.
- Collecting, analyzing, curating, and making sense of big data to ensure high-quality inputs, outputs, and insights.
- Using data sharing and interoperability of systems.
- Concept: An idea for building a product, service, or business model that is being explored for implementation
- Business Model (e.g. product-market fit, strategy & development)
- Financial (e.g. accounting practices, pitching to investors)
- Human Capital (e.g. sourcing talent, board development)
- Legal or Regulatory Matters
- Monitoring & Evaluation (e.g. collecting/using data, measuring impact)
- Product / Service Distribution (e.g. delivery, logistics, expanding client base)
- Public Relations (e.g. branding/marketing strategy, social and global media)
- Technology (e.g. software or hardware, web development/design)
The innovation is in the simplicity of the solution, it is the backing out of the current disparate collection and distribution of an individuals medical and health data. Talking to professional care providers, they run into lack of accurate and complete information about a patient all the time. All the patients consulted are fed up with having to run down there past records from another provider before they can proceed with there treatment. All consulted agreed that mistakes would also be appreciably diminished.
Imagine this system in place for the last 20 years, A person born 20 years ago would have all their medical and health information in one place. Imagine all people around the world born in the last 20 years sharing information on any illness they have. Imagine that where and when you were treated has no bearing on access to you medical and health data. Imagine what we would be able to learn from this data.
The One Server Each approach is that AI technology is dependent on provided data. One Server Each dataset assures good data because the model will be the same across every person. Curating medical records is made with ease, the accuracy of the data is greatly increased, the subject of each individuals data is known and trusted. The sharing of data is made easier between different systems.
Now, data is disparate among many monolithic systems, each provider uses different data models, the accuracy of the data is dependent on the interaction at that time with the patient. Once data is combined using all these standalone systems and data models there is a lot of data cleaning and data scrubbing that has to take place. This is why incorrect, incomplete, duplicate or otherwise erroneous data is in the current massive data sets.
Privacy and security of health and medical data is increased, now a person has full control of their health data, they have access and administration of it all. Instead of using anonymous data for study, persons can approve deeper access to their medical history and it can be tied back to an individual. The One Server each approach mitigates the risks that are inherent in the disparate, monolithic systems that are used to combine into the current massive data sets.
This all sets a strong foundation for AI to be used responsibly and sets the stage to truly provide real wellness care to masses and the individual.
- Build a foundation for medical and health data that is keyed to the individual.
- Give the individual access and full control over their health data.
- Build systems that will enable easy integration between systems and One Server Each.
- Build data models that will cover all the possibilities for medical data storage that will be able to expand in the future.
- Build medical data exchanges that can curate data utilizing this new model design.

One Programmer.
Since 2008.
Anyone would be welcome, this is an important project, no one should or will be excluded.
The plan is deliver the final data model and build the user interface and integrations and test this with medical software company. I have users that will participate in the use and integration of this system.
There is one programmer, we need more.
I plan on selling the integration and access to companies that would like to access the data in One Server Each databases.
My time and computers are the only current costs.
$100k, then I can quit my job and work on this full time to get more people interested and more funding to grow.
I need help in all these areas:
- Seed funding
- Mentorship
- Networking opportunities
The Networking opportunity seems to be the most beneficial.
