The specific problem here is: "Deviation of the normal body temperature" (37°c) by either increasing or decreasing from the normal homeostasis of the body so that immediate attention and response is taken by referrals to the nearest health facility for help to find out the causative agent of the deviation from the normal body temperature after detecting the sms signals from the individual sensor app by the monitoring server(s).

Here, Body Homeostasis temperature detection sensor app. Here, the app uses a 5 cm body sensor to monitor and detect any normal temperature deviation from the owner ( anyone) carrying the mobile phone with the installed app, any deviation detected, any where at anytime shall be transmitted to an offline data free monitoring servers, to indicate contact details, area, nearest health facility so that immediate referral is done to the person for quick attention and response in finding out the exact causative agent of such a deviation and proper intervention and medication is given appropriately.
The target population is: all Africans between the age of 15 to 50 years and has a digital mobile phone.
They are underserved by not having regular or lacking completely health check up because of high poverty rate.

We are enhancing the use of AI by everyone having a digital mobile phone with installed app can be able to transmit the sms signals of any normal temperature deviation within his/her to the monitoring server for immediate attention and response to improve their own health status.

The solution approaches the health problem using "body sensor" of the mobile telephone technology accessibility by the masses, taking into consideration the normal body Temperaturen(Homeostasis Temperaturen) as the control point.
By improving the health of the masses through surveilanc monitoring of the homeostatic normal body Temperature of everyperson with access to mobile phone.
The AI components include: (a) Body sensor Installation into the mobile phones intended for the pilot Programme implementation (b) Mobile phone Application Installation for data analysis and SMS sending and receiving for any abnormal detected temperature by those with those programmed telephones.
Data privacy will be taken with utmost care not to use it maliseouly by the data servers controllers only on strict data ethics, including all those concerned staff, volunteers and third parties associated with the data.
