Financial health must take into account the economic impact on employees and management of small and medium businesses during natural disasters.

The economic and biological health of local communities must also be addressed by businesses to ensure well being of the people and their natural environment. There could be more donations, not necessarily monetary, for time and effort to address these communities needs.

There are existing software (Alert SCC) that can communicate urgent information. However, from existing software available for managing accounts, employee payroll and benefits there still needs implementation of budget insurance for times of disaster.

These software solutions still needs to be developed or are being presently implemented in some businesses but needs to be more widely available.
