With respect to small businesses our target market has the following characteristics:
For business customers, our ideal customer profile demographic factors are:
- Industry – B2C (business to consumer) companies.
- Location – United States.
- Size of firm – Small to medium size.
- Quality, technology, and price preference – Must have a website and a marketing budget.
- Other – New B2C companies looking for their first customers.
B2C businesses will use our platform to get new and retain existing customers.
For consumers their characteristics are as follows:
For consumers, our ideal customer profile demographic factors are:
- Age – 25 – 44. Millennials and Gen Z.
- Gender – both male and female.
- Location – United States.
- Income level - $36,000 and above in annual revenue.
- Social Class and Occupation – Lower middle to middle class. All occupations.
- Education – Highschool diploma and higher.
- Others (specific to your industry) – High consumer debt.
Consumers will use our platform to get their debt paid off.
At the end of the day, our ultimate objettive is to improve the finances of our target populations.
Currently, small businesses in my community is grossly underserved with limpet access to capital.
While consumers are saddled with over $17 T in consumer debt.
We are attempting to solve both problems with one innovative solution.
The problem we are addressing, with the solution we have come up with for the population we are serving aligns with the challenge because we are helping the population know about, access and use credit responsibly.
Coupled with this, we are teaching our target population how to gather and use data correctly and efficiently.
We believe our solution will have a profound positive impact on our target population since we will be putting more disposable income into their hands and as a result, this will lead to an improved socioeconomic status and standard of living.
The revenue and less cost we help small businesses with will translate to more profit.
While the less loans and debt consumers have, will translate to more spending power at the small businesses within our community.
We have proven our "theory off change" by conducting a public beta test that yielded $10,000 in revenue over 5-days with 200 consumers and 20 small businesses.

- Growth: A registered 501(c)(3) organization with an established product, service, or business model rolled out in one or, ideally, several communities, which is poised for further growth and has a proven track record with an annual operating budget

The community we serve are underrepresented small business owners and their customers.
We build trust by being very transparent about everything we do and our community members can see everything we are doing and how we arrived at the results we got.
Current year impact goals:
Onboard 2,000 small businesses and 20,000 consumers and generate $2,400,000 in revenue to pay off consumer debt.
5-year impact goals:
Onboard 20,000 small businesses and 2,000,000 consumers and generate $2.42B in revenue to pay off consumer debt.
