Our solution is to be an organization that supports Web2 Business websites, WordPress, or custom designs. We support Web3 Metaverse Virtual and Augment Reality. We also support Web2 Applications including Apple and Google app stores.
Retired Digital Inc was built to support Military Veterans and Veteran Owned Businesses with digital assistance surrounding Web2, Web3 design, repair, startup websites, applications, or virtual reality metaverse. On the other hand, Retired Digital.com supports small businesses and college internship programs needing digital assistance in design, repair, and startup by website, application, or virtual reality metaverse. These individuals want to receive business information because they have a dream and/or goals within entrepreneurship. This also results in them needing to repair or create a consultant upgrade.
Through Retired Digital we had a plan to launch VenueGPS but Covid-19 slowed the target date to go live. VenueGPS is a company that focuses on Digital Promotion + marketing (Website + Application + Metaverse) platforms that promotes paperless advertising keeping Nightclubs, Partygoers, Travelers, Entertainers, and Entrepreneurs connected to tourists, travelers, or anyone on the go in any zip code or state. As far as the technology being used - we will also launch the app so that clients are able to utilize the resources wherever they are.
With Retired Digital, the technology being used is strictly to support Web3 Metaverse Virtual and Augment Reality. Our primary focus includes Web2, which involves Wire Frames, Websites, and Applications including Apple and Google App store. It is our goal to establish and build a digital umbrella for all businesses that fall under Retired Digital as a whole.

Our target customers are Veteran Owned Businesses and Military Veterans, both active and retired. Those who typically purchase our products are digital engagements, awareness, and profits. We have determined that our customers are both consumers and businesses. After much research; we have also determined that we have regular customers and also on-off buyers who fall into the categories of Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, CEOs, and Veteran Owned Businesses Our customers are those who are regular consumers, and we speak with and conduct business with them regularly.
Our ideal customers are Veteran Owned Business and Military Veterans, both active and retired. The professions of all beneficiaries are typically those of a military background that wish to separate from active duty and establish their own business or digital business. These individuals are also ones who require guidance to start this business due to them strictly knowing the military. The groups of people we are targeting are military friends that have already watched and witnessed our current progress, and growth and released magazine articles.
Retired Digital Inc employees will also travel to those Military customers who are not able to travel to receive the services we have to offer or those who cannot afford to travel.
This problem I am addressing aligns with the Challenges and my selected dimension because Retired Digital Inc will support its trifold mission to support active and retired military along with veterans that have served. These individuals want to receive business information because they have a dream and/or goals within entrepreneurship. This also results in them needing to repair or create a consultant upgrade.

We are at a time when we have the opportunity to create VR Metaverse accounts. We have a well-rounded staff that is very knowledgeable about the industry and all digital programming and development.
Our services and products are geared toward those who are in the military or those who are veterans. We wish to ensure that they are provided a product to succeed and we will also give them digital tools and resources to win and succeed in their businesses. Our primary focus includes Web2, which involves Wire Frames, Websites, and Applications. We are also focusing on Web3 which involves Metaverse Virtual Reality and Augment Reality.
I expect my solution to have an impact on the targeted market because our number one objective is to run an organization that will not only succeed in revenue and size but will also have a landmark impact nationally. We wish to increase our revenue and help to create high-paying job opportunities. We will establish a solid foundation in the metaverse realm and operate as a military-owned organization where innovation and performance meet results. along with that, we will ensure a dynamic business structure by continuously seeking improvement by applying the most advanced technology available and concentrating on the investment, it will be the most profitable and enjoy the highest growth potential. This will in turn produce a positive digital marketing return on investment (ROI) for our business by the end of the first year.
Our theory of change involves strategic partnerships with military colleagues and veterans to optimize business potential. We will create a desire for our products and services above all competitors is a key to our continued success, as well as creating the perception that we are at the top of the line as far as a military nonprofit. Marketing will be mainly by establishing a strong advertising campaign via various social media platforms, TV, Radio, and traditional media avenues; i.e., magazines, and spreading the word about our fine reputation through Word-of-mouth, advertising, promotions, etc. We will ensure that we flow with the trends and stay relevant in the digital industry to ensure that our patrons get the products and services they desire and need at all times. The goal is to identify, develop, and cost-effectively exploit opportunities for a new audience, new audience concepts, and expanding potential. This helps with developing methods of approaching resources that help our customers gain knowledge with an easier method.

At the moment, our solution is not serving any small businesses at the moment since we are so new. We are looking to serve at least 100 small businesses in one year and 500+ small businesses in five years.
The communities where this solution will be implemented are among those veteran-owned businesses and military both active and retired.
We have a targeted range of D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV). The key decision-makers would be me and my staff.

The marketing strategy will be to successfully shine a light on our resources to the community organizations in the audiences we are set to target. This will be accomplished by a development consultant and the administrator who will create and maintain a network of contacts that will serve as the referral source for the products and services. Brochures will be developed to provide further information on the benefits of the products and services to both potential referrers and customers. The development consultant and the administrator will provide progress reports for the referring audiences and organizations in the audiences we are targeting. The goal will be to build an effective marketing program on the success of the products and services offered. A marketing effort will also be implemented to attract and retain quality staff members for the products and service needs.
Short Term Goal -
1. Retired Digital Inc will establish and build a digital umbrella for all businesses that fall under Retired Digital as a whole. (This goal will be established within the first year of business)
2. Retired Digital Inc will assist and increase all business support by (50) individuals per year. (This goal will be established within the second year of business)
3. Retired Digital Inc will plan to establish regional offices to assist with wanted support. (This goal will be established within the third year of business)
Long-Term Goals -
1. Retired Digital Inc will assist businesses and college students that are not considered from a military background by utilizing RetiredDigital.com which is different from RetiredDigital.org.
2. Retired Digital Inc will take advantage of opportunities that include community influences and empowerment opportunities for all beneficiaries in we intend to target.
3. As the organization grows, we will work to be considered the top Military nonprofit that will assist everyone within our targeted market and all VFW within the nation.

I am needing assistance with funding because this organization has been a ground start-up for the last 9 years. I have invested $1.8M without receiving any payment. I have had a group of military volunteers since 2013. The lack of funding to continue these services and resources is what has hindered me thus far.
If awarded a grant or given the chance to have investors, I plan on using the funds to go towards:
