SmartClinic (HMS, SmartCard, Mobile App, Kiosk)
Increased wait time for patients and caregivers, and high costs of healthcare at hospitals in Nigeria and Africa is due to healthcare providers' slow adoption of technology. This also leads to overcrowding, patient record mismanagement at hospitals, stressful payment processes for patients at the facilities, and widespread pilferage leading to approximately 50% revenue loss which is also due to the high dependency on cash transactions at the facilities.
We provide hospitals with a central management system to reduce patients wait time, block pilferage to save the hospital revenue, and improve efficiency and patients outcome. We also provide patients with a smart app that enables improved healthcare interaction with their healthcare providers, gives access to medical history at the palm of the fingers, reducing cash based transactions and secure payments. We have developed a smart card for patients to aid medical records sharing across several healthcare facilities. We also have a smart self-device kiosk located as a payment center for patients at hospitals.
HMS - Healthcare facilties
We install our solution on the computers and servers of the healthcare facility. The solution allows for hospitals to digitally manage records of patients, receive payments from patients, receive bookings from patients; view inventory, and request new stocks.
Patients Mobile App -
On the app, they can book doctors appointments, view medical history, view transactions, and make payments to healthcare facilities. The app also allows for sharing of medical records across several healthcare centres at the request of the user.
Smart Card -
Patients buy the smart card while their data is digitally transferred on the card. The card can be used at any hospital to view patients' data without the stress of regenerating a new file record, and making payments.
Smart Self-Service Kiosk -
Patients walk up to the near-by smart self-service kiosk to make payments using provided devices.
