Due to high economic hardship,teenage pregnancy has really increased so our team visited the local communities in Ghana who are being affected by this problem at hand. so we have decided to break them into groups, especially those who still have the desire to be better their lives, to give them trainings in IT and business in order and also offer them internship and job opportunities for them.

Our team is working effortly and efficiently to improve upon the lives of children and adults especially the females. we organize daily meetings both in-person and virtually to engage them more often on their pressing issues and we offer them the needed supports.

We do more community visit and community engagement to know more about their plight and we discuss with them their important priority and we decide on the best which will help a maximum of 80% of the masses in the various affected community.

As a technology and business innovative hub, our aim is to be able to break the gap between the female ecosystem, Women and children are limited when it comes to technology and business entrepreneurship because ,it is said that women are weak when it comes to leadership, and for the past 7years, we have been able to prove that ,it is a wrong concept. ICODE GH  with its mentoring and coaching workshop and boot-camping project has been able to help young entrepreneurs to create businesses of their own and build their brands through incubation and acceleration programs start-ups with the help of local and international investors. When  we win the ultimate prize, it will help us to do more and get more people on onboard.

Mr Prince Bonney is the CEO of ICODE GH and he doubles as a chief so he visits various communities and organize free trainings for the children,youths and adults to make them better people and his main focus is on the women.And this has given him a lot of recognition across the country.

In the few years to come, we seek to help unemployment rate in the affect communities. Get more females to understand the importance of tech and help the youth to know more about how to create businesses to improve themselves and to become liability to the society.

To reduce the rate of teenage pregnancy,eradicate poverty and reduce the high illiteracy rate.
