To allow kids to choose when they want to learn what they want to learn. Healthier kids via a different learning environment. A central playground with different industries/interests viewable to learn from or not. Perhaps an emulated economy for food and entertainment/leisure as opposed to recess/sports. Same reason public schools exist but providing constant opportunities for skilled productivity using relative safety tests for advancement in place of traditional exams when possible. The people involved would naturally evolve the ecosystem to the best of their ability if &c
