Team leader has the educational background, management and communication skills required to lead the team for this project. She has over 10 years experience leading the organization in various non-profit educational projects for youths especially girls in Koforidua. The Lead Team is also made up of educated, talented women who have a passion for developing youth potential. This lead team is dedicated full time towards this project.
River of Blessing Foundation will be implementing Green STEAM Education for at risk girls of primary school going children.
Children especially at risk girls in remote areas in New Juaben Municipal are not reaching their full academic and creative potentials.
River of Blessing Foundation offers Green STEAM training for at risk primary school going girls.

Summative research especially correlational studies.
The research informs us of the need for Green STEAM education to prepare at risk girls for further education and for jobs of the near future.
It informs our lead team to design the program in such a way that it is appealing for various age groups of primary school going at risk girls.
We need to strengthen evidence based research before, during and after Green STEAM project implementation.
