BT Group of Industries

Initially BT Group of Industries main purpose is to built up a business which can help out both businesses and the people with underprivileged needs (I.E. Charity & Donations). Plus also to merge startup businesses & other businesses that share the same needs. Because if I can vision it then others will too! And the reason I selected Hybrid because I want my business and employees family to work and join hands to help each other. Either with salary or with remunerations. Because everybody needs a living. Some more, some less & some in the median. If my business makes a break even or a good profit then I will personally use the 75% for charity and rest for revaluating assets and rest of the expenses. But after cutting all the government issued taxes and business rates. Also merge corporate world & giants with the same cause and effect. If they're interested! 

I am the Team Lead. The CEO, The Director, The HR, The Manager, The Employee. 

The team lead will work for 3 hrs every weekend. Where he will give time to underprivileged people and their work. Then observe and do changes and help out people in their work. Either if it's product modelling or any kind of art work or maybe competitions.

Unite, Process & Outcome.

Unite: Gather up people of different age group. And study them. Observe them, learn them and then know their strengths and weaknesses

Process: Analyze them and give them trials fo fix the errors they're having. Process out their weaknesses into strengths and then learn from them.

Outcome: The final results are always fearful but very enlightening. The ones united at first will see in the timespan of how they began and how they shaped and how they will compete with themselves in the world. 

My brother is 10 years old. His name is Abdur Rahim. He studies at Playpen International School, Bangladesh. The teachers at his school states he is unable to understand what we teach. It doesn't mean he is special or autistic or abnormal. He is unable to retain information because he is distracted of something which we call "forgetting". Why? Because the teacher didn't give him proper practical or materialistic learning environment or the ambience of a good class room. Where the school is so stressed about the electricity bill that they never turn on Air Conditioner to make them heat free or the ceiling fans just because electricity bill will come high. This will give negative effect to their brain. Of course the body needs oxygen and air. If the human body doesn't get these kind of options then their stomach will cause a gas which may give haemorrage to the head. 

When it comes learning variability. Kids from age 2 to 12 needs to have virtual learning boards that will show animations of the subjects they will learn or are learning in school. Also options of software based learning modules such as fun quizes and game types problem solving maths and also life sciences info.

All of the above. 

Some said it will not work. But I believed like Elon Musk. And yes it did work out. 

The need is only one. I want to see people in a better place. And from better place I meant of being in good health, wealth and life.

4. How would you react if your child /children school teachers insulted you infront of other parents and said in your face your child is no good? Would you argue? Or give your answer in silence?

Doing camps in parks. Do yoga, Do form filling. And then talk to people to solve their issues. Financially or maybe with mindsets manifesto.

I will get time to understand people's soft corner fears and how to take them out of them. And make them stronger like steel.
