We are a conflict resolution unit attempting to make CTI the center of excellence for a highly skilled information technology community by providing a secure global network enterprise to sustain information superiority and continuous individual and societal growth.

We will concentrate on the root causes of individual and environmental conflict in order to define and correct them for ourselves. Our goal is to restore individual balance and regenerate an essential quality of life for all humans. We will seek out those who want to help themselves and distribute the resources required to complete this task for the benefit of the group.

I'm currently enrolled at UNM to improve my capacity to create "Cognitive Optimization Collaboration Systems" software in support of a qualitative investigation on how we may go beyond satisfying universal basic human requirements in the aforementioned fields. Food, Air, Water, Housing, Living Quality, and Internal and External Security. Using AI+ML to assist people prioritize meeting their requirements and rate the process in which they do so, I hope to use this software to steer inherent societal change by providing the information on a dashboard display.
I am dedicated to making the world a better place all the time, because I want to ride motorcycles more and deal with problems less. I am also a disabled veteran and have time to work on things as long as I have funding. I will meet with Los Alamos Labs this week to discuss the software's viability.
