Formative research is used by us.
Since we work with women self help groups who are parent of the after school program's beneficiaries, it is easy to collect their need based requirements as the women discuss about their financial support from the group.
School children aged 2-12 are engaged through the after school program in their respective tribal village which prepares the participants to compete with others in school curriculum. All of them are in need of additional support in terms of education materials like school books, school bags, school uniforms/clothing, stationeries, healthy edible snacks at the end of the after school program on daily basis, etc.
