Construction 608 nos. of low cost building, 608 nos. of toilet rooms,31 nos. of community center's in the area of my operation in Jashipur ,Bisoi, and Raruan Block under Mayurbhanj district in the state of Odisha.
Details of Project Report
The human settlement is the major problem of the poor in the rural areas so, I have stepped to solve this problems on priority basis with the community.
at present areas of 25 person are solving the problem who are in the core team members. The required volunteers will be accepted as soon as the project will sanctioned.
The problems of identified families are extremely worst and difficult so i have applied to solve the problems of the improvement of otherwise the organization can't work due to such problems in the localities and the organization have been affecting serious since beginning so 608 no's of such families have been identified by the organization and proposed to solve the problems on innovation process by constructing low cost building, sanitary toilet rooms and envirmental development under this rural housing project using the high technology within the two year's.
so one month will be used for training of related person, beneficiary and community leaders. The six month will be used material arrangement next one year will be used for construction of work. The six month will be used for solution of a community, Reporting and auditing for MIT,USA.

We have proposed to constract 608 buildings and 608 no's of toilet rooms including 31 no's of community center's .

We have conducted the door to door servey of proposed 608 no's of beneficiaries in our project area during 2019,2020,2021 and 2022 and identified 36 poor families from dhobadiha,38 families from Anukulpur village,116 from Batpondugondi Village ,36 from singarpur Village ,38 from goili village,40 from sunaposi village,10 from Bakaltala Village,10 from Hatimundi village,52 from Begunia village,50 from Jhagada village under Jashipur Block.similarly 40 family from alhapani village,10 from tambajhuri village and 10 from arjunbila village under bisoi block.similarly 122 from panasi village under Raruan Block in the district Mayurbhanj.
The research studies appeared from our studies that the above nominated families are most needy and having poor background socio/economic status which lead us to developed their standard of living constructing the improved building with sanitary toilet rooms. so we have adopted the integrated rural housing project from same MIT,USA.
The organization is a registered institution Regd under society registration Act XXI of 1860 bearing Its No 13907/751 of 1978-79 dated 02/09/1978 it has also been registered under foreign contribution Regulation act of 1976 bearing its no 104990005 dated 18/03/1985 .the registration have the Income Tax exemption certificates U/S 1961 of IT act govt of India to manage the project and strengthened the organization. So, it is the right time to take up the project for the development of poor .
I have taken the rural Housing project from MIT,USA and LEAP Project with support me strongly for the management and success of the project .
So, i have welcome to the host of the MIT,USA.for it's further improvements and co-operation.

I shall host the fellows us desired by this scheme regularly for the betterment of the Organization improvement of its rural housing project.
After carefully studies and survey we have done the cost estimation with the Govt civil engineer under public works dept. govt of Odisha .accordingly the unit cost of the of the building is Rs 5,26,000/-(Five lakhs twenty six thousand only) and the cost of the toilet room is of Rs 53,000/-(Fifty three Thousand only) .similarly in the same pattern the CC buildings have also estimated to execute the same.
The result of the project are seemed to be very essential and effective for the longevity of the beneficiaries lives span, as it is an innovative research project of MIT,USA.
