Most of the times this work is done manually by people who expect more human interaction and less file formats, which guides them into a dilemma of getting it done on time or with good quality. As a result, companies tend to decide for time and that will carry in future problems of attrition and nonsatisfaction. Talentu resolves this challenge with a unified platform that uses A.I, Analytics, e-learning and automation to involve jobseekers and companies in the hiring process, ensuring the best experience not only on time, but without forgetting the human component on both sides.
Searching for a job or recruiting employees is a painful experience for both sides. Job boards have created a bigger problem in unskilled jobs industries with an excessive amount of candidates to profile. This process is messy and is solved manually. In order to be cost-effective, companies have become almost inhuman.
Our Platform is where aspiring candidates and companies get together; job-seekers will get access to a variety of unskilled job positions directly from the companies that are hiring and they will be able to have training on the field they are applying for, on the other hand, companies will optimize their recruitment process through our platform that automate parts of that process where humans doesn't add value, it will not only help companies to identify and match candidates with their open positions, in a faster way, but also increases the abilities of candidates with online training while hiring. As a result, both sides will have a better experience that will empower people to grow with better results in their future jobs.

In Latin America the number of people living in poverty reached 184 million (30.2% of the population) according to the report "Social Panorama of Latin America 2018" by Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean -ECLAC-, our estimations are that unskilled hiring process in Latin America reached 121 million, having that on mind, we believe that just a change on how the unskilled recruitment process function, will make a huge difference improving life for millions of people.
The strategy is to provide job seekers and companies in the unskilled jobs market, access to an AIO tool that helps them reduce hiring time and costs, increases matching quality between skills and job opportunities and improve skills through online training, delivering a better user experience for job seekers.

We are mainly focused in unskilled jobs industries as BPO, Retail, Hospitality, Sales, Agriculture, construction and security which have a huge attrition problem, once the customer uses our platform experience an improvement in the automation of the hiring and training processes from a 60% to 90% Our experience had shown once inside of a company, it is fast and cost-effective to replicate the solution to other locations. We are currently running (5) POVs on clients that reach together 72.000 employees in (7) countries in Latin America and 5000 hiring process monthly.

Most of the companies are addressing the problem in an unintegrated approach, mainly with job boards that use data based on the C.V.s which many times is inaccurate and cannot be trusted, the problem with this approach is that it doesn't solve one of the major problem "poor skills" and due to the fact that these people have limited access to education and with no resources, they have limited access to education besides what government agencies can offer.
Our approach is more holistic, we use companies internal data to predict based on performance information and not only C.V.s, but we also analyze gaps in skills and train candidates and workers at scale in a personalized way.
In summary, we see these not only as a sourcing of candidates problem, but a logistic information, quality assessment, and skills improvement solution.
All of our work is based on scalable technology that supports learning processes and Human resources analytics, with this we are able to connect the offer and demand of jobs through A.I, automation, analytics and e-learning.

We only work we Fortune 200 companies in unskilled jobs industries and its a gradual growth process, first we develop a predictive algorithm for the categories and companies , then we scale, we finished developing algorithms for BPO in October 2018, then we prove that it delivers value and then we scale, at the moment we have a proven business model, in which we can offer a service that has a 38% lower price of the internal costs of a company and with a 90% gross margin per hire, in this process we are able to reduce hiring time 50% at a lower cost.
At the moment we have 17 clients that hire more than 30.000 people per year only in Colombia, and we are in the process of delivering 300 people per month, and we have impacted more than 1.000 people, in the next few months with the orders that we already have in place, we are going to impact more than 13000 people over the next 3 months.

Talentu is based in Colombia, our headquarter is located in Bogota and we have employees remotely working from four different cities, it support us on having the best talent no matter where they are and it helps Colombia to create highly qualified jobs in small cities where they aren't available.
