A lot of my people in my community are jobless because  of  inadequate skills to meet demand of this global technology. Skills development are essential to the community.

Do it yourself strategy can be implore to mitigate the effects of skills inadequacy. This primary skill training can savage the situation. 

My service is for 40 people in the community. They are predominantly not high educated.80% no skills development.

They are low estimate indigenous people and unemployed native of Atwima nwabiagya north district in Ghana. Do it yourself strategy required simple technology to apply and even people with low background of formal education can ascertain.

My team and I are living with them in the same community. There is effective communication between both MBEC and the community. Addressing the problems with the members of the community will be easily executed.

We want to affiliate to  MIT Solve to execute the plans towards challenging matters of the community. 

He is living, chatting and even eat with some of community members.

This is simple solutions that are not costly in terms of financial strength. 

To achieve prominent community base for proper functioning in country contributions.

To increase the self esteem nature of the community people.
