Advocacy for dexterity & finesse for indigenous community
Advocacy for innovators in this era for maximum indigenous community integration and improvements in various levels of life.
The scale of need for innovator in most states in United States is in the scale of atleast 50%.And on Global level atleast 80%.
People affected can be measured in the scale 1 to 10 number of pupils atleast 7 pupils are affected.
The problem relating to my solution is lack of complete acceptance of the new innovation by the indigenous community due to inefficient sensitization officially by government agencies.
Total back up of innovators by government for maximum benefits of indigenous communities.
If innovators are encouraged and their innovations by products are proved to be effective. Then government should back up the innovators by passing right informations to indigenous communities to accept the innovative design by products.
This way the innovators are encouraged to research and explore more solution based areas for better innovation.And that way the aim of achieving this innovative design by products will be immensely appreciated by indigenous communities who are benefactors of this.
My solution uses software like social media platforms and technology through handbills, bulletins and radio gingles.
Target populace are indigenous communities who stand a chance to be benefactors of this trending innovation.
They are the uneducated or partially educated and rural settlers.Because as rural settlers they are underserved in various levels which include social, economically and technologies.Therefore requires adequate sensitization to be fully integrated into the government system for maximum benefits of this innovation.

Am soliciting for government full support for innovators and right information dissemination by various government agencies. So that this indigenous communities who are predominantly rural dwellers with or without education can immensely benefit from the solution.
As a team leader am doing my best to ensure that my team have a confidential discussion with this indigenous community and find out what their challenges are and profer solution to these challenges through the various representatives designated by the indigenous communities.

While advocacy is being made on behalf of innovators.They should bear in mind that their best input is most appreciated for broader benefits of the concerned indigenous community.
This will go a long way to change the market entirely. Because a hallmark is now in place to checkmate inconsistencies and loopholes among innovators.
The impact of my solution is to ensure that atleast 70% of the indigenous community are transformed by this solution over next year and subsequent years within our jurisdiction.
By engaging the indigenous community representatives on the most challenging areas and proffering solutions to that.Also assign monitoring and evaluation agents to ensure that this solutions are properly implemented.
If there are inadequacies and lapses it will addressed adequately to curb the occouranciess in the near future.
