90% of pond farmers in Indonesia have experienced the same problems: High percentage of dead shrimp because uncontrolled Dissolved Oxygen (DO) levels. Many shrimps in the ponds need DO to live and grow. Without DO, the shrimps will be dead. And the next problem: High fuel operating cost. Many shrimp farmers have expenses till Rp100mio per month. It’s very high. So we must solve this problem to increase the DO Levels, increase the pond farmers productivity and reduce the operational cost
We have Solution. Eco Aerator, Eco-friendly aeration technology with smart IoT & smart energy system for increasing the pond farmers productivity till 200% shrimp bigger, reducing fuel operating cost till 90% and eco-friendly aeration reducing GHG till 23.044 tCo2.
1. Eco-Aerator: Innovative aerator integrated with PV system, an innovative impeller in our aerator that can produce more dissolved oxygen levels, than existing paddlewheel. And can reduce GHG Emission because we’re using photovoltaic / solar panels to reduce the fuel operating cost & help many pond farmers who have difficulty in electricity access.
2. EBII Pond's Monitoring => smart IoT which is integrated with eco-aerator to monitor & control pond's quality easily.
3. Smart Energy System: integrated with Eco-Aerator to reduce the operational cost of pond farmers and monitor the energy usage.
We have potential market size in Indonesia around 200.000, and we will target in East Java till 21rb and 70 pond farmers in the first year. Currently we have 3 customers in Surabaya, Gresik and Lamongan < 1 month. This is our market growth will be increased year by year. For market acquisition, surely, we will build partnership with governments, especially KKP & SCI

Our innovation is greater than others because we have innovative impeller that can produce more DO level, having long product lifetime, integrated with smart IoT system, not only monitor the pond's quality but also control theponds, and using PV as clean energy and smart energy to reduce the operational cost.
Crustea hopes that, within 5 years, the Eco-Aerator technology they have created will be able to reduce more than 75 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions. In addition, 150 thousand farmers are expected to receive benefits to increase productivity so that they are able to produce more than 70 million tons of fishery products.
