Grifa
We are a Donation Club, in which people and entreprise, donate monthly to generate positive impact. They receive in their homes and headquarters the complete report of everything that has been done. Individuals can donate as much as they want, starting at 5 dollars; and companies starting from 125 dollars. We give the option of single donation, for the person to get to know the platform. However, our focus is on a recurring payment basis, monthly.
Part of the money raised is sent directly to the pre-selected institutions. The remaining, in a smaller proportion, is used for the maintenance of the platform. For the Institutions, we also have a Consulting Plan, which includes different areas, such as Marketing, Financial Management, Human/Volunteer Resource, and others, with a complete follow-up to leverage the impact generated by them.
Many nonprofits are born with relevant and creative proposals to solve various problems in the country and end up suffering from lack of resources. The third sector felt the effects of the crisis, with the drop in donations. At the same time, people and companies want to make an impact, but face lack of time, fear and difficulty in finding and monitoring projects. In this way, Grifa aims to link the points, so that the institutions can develop their activities.
There are 290,700 Associations and Non-Profit Institutions in Brazil, and it is important to note that this number continues to grow.
Our project has two audiences: on the one hand we will involve people engaged in donations and volunteering, moving other non-profit institutions in the city of Goiânia, as well as influencers and important people who attract a large volume of donations. On the other hand, we will have an impact on the people assisted by each Organization we help, and also their volunteers and people that get involved in the cause. Our project will unite the two parties for the same purpose.
We imagine that the people who will donate to Grifa will be young people who somehow engage in social projects, investing especially in crowdfunding, because they do not have a fixed or significant income; and that middle-class adults, who have little time to volunteer but still care about the cause, would become our monthly payers.
We connect donors and nonprofits quickly and safely.
There are other platforms that work with crowdfunding system for specific campaigns, but our innovation is working with non-profit institutions and have them leverage their results and generate more impact through the following items:
Match with the institution: we indicate the main institutions according to the profile of the donor company, in this way the company selects the institution that most has to do with its values and with its profile to make the donation. Our indications are getting better, based on the donor's previous choices.
Full reports: We produce a complete impact report: monthly reports, with the results of each specific campaign; and an annual report, with how much the person or company impacted the total.
Transparency: in addition to presenting all the data and numbers of the campaigns helped, we make available the accountability of Grifa, so our clients know how the company is being managed.
Stamp of Impact: donor companies will receive annually a seal of social impact provided by Grifa, according to the amount of resources donated and the impact caused by them.
Consultancy for non-profit institutions: We map the Institution's current results, its points of improvement, and work together to leverage them.
Our platform is already on the air since January 8, we already have 30 individual donors, but of 2 thousand reais collected, and two institutions registered with their respective campaigns. We recently ran a Design Sprint process, and with it we saw improvement points in our communication, which have already been implemented.
At the moment, we are in contact with 5 other institutions, which should enter the platform soon, and initiating contact with companies.

The brand and visual identity already created and made available in the social networks and web page, as well as the system and its created code, under which the vast majority of the company's activities will operate, as well as its relationship with non-profit institutions and monthly donors. The system will consist of a web application and / or smartphones for the purpose of relating donors and institutions; Donation campaigns can then be created by the institutions that the donors will find, they can choose which campaigns to adopt and help by buying raffles in the system - this being integrated with payment services such as PagSeguro.

We are a donation club geared to both individuals and businesses. We connect people and companies who want to donate to nonprofit institutions that most match the desired profile - this donor match with the institution is done through Artificial Intelligence. Our business model is through recurring (monthly) subscriptions. Everything happens through our website, the person can choose how much to donate and for what project, and we are responsible for passing on the value to the non-profit institutions, monitoring activities, and producing reports for all our donors. In this way we enable people and companies to donate quickly, safely and 100% transparent. In addition, we provide services to the Institutions by analyzing their impact and acceleration, providing advice so that they become more sustainable, scalable, and increasingly impact on society.

Our short-term dream is to improve the quality of life of the people assisted by the institutions already registered. In the long run, our dream is even bigger: we want to revolutionize the way Brazilian people donate and change lives!
Our project aims to invest in institutions so that they can exist and develop their activities, helping part of the financial contribution so that they can continue to function and generate impact. Our activities allow us to leverage the reach and performance of organizations such as kindergartens, asylums, schools, orphanages, shelters, kennels, support houses, among others.
In this way, we will strengthen the movement of Conscious Capitalism by using entrepreneurship to generate social impact.

We are 3 partners today. Victor is our CTO, Software Engineer with experience in the field, and is our developer, responsible for the site, the system and the user experience. Luiza, administrator, is our COO, responsible for the administrative and financial part of Grifa. And Bianca, who has the legal background, is our CEO, responsible for the institutional, for the contact with the institutions and partners, for the marketing, and for the relationship with the donors. We met at the Junior Company Movement.

Grifa is a Donation Club: people access our platform, choose the better plan for them and how much they could donate (and get different follow-up souvenirs for each plan). Meanwhile, non-profit organizations also access our platform, register a campaign, get mentorship and support, and receive their amount of the donation. We also saw that people were resistant to the percentage that Grifa as receiving, so, we redid the math and changed it: each non-profit would receive 80% of the amount, and we would receive 20% of it.
We developed our first prototype of this new business model, in order to validate if our public was understanding or not the proposal of our business. We made both an online (the website scope) and a physical (the box souvenir with the entire follow-up). After that, we conducted semi-structured interviews with 20 people. They first had contact with the prototype, and while they were exploring it, we encouraged them to tell us everything they were understanding and thinking about it.
Individuals can donate as much as they want, starting at 20 reais; and companies from 500 reais. We give the option of single donation, for the person to know the platform, but in our model, the payment occurs on a recurring basis, monthly. Of this amount, 80% is earmarked directly for the institution to carry out its campaign, and the remaining 20% is with Grifa, in order to be able to carry out all the proposed work.
There are 290,700 Associations and Non-Profit Institutions in Brazil, and it is important to note that this number continues to grow. According to the IDIS survey, in 2015, individual donations by Brazilians totaled R $ 13.7 billion - in Goiás, this number represents 651,000 potential subscribers of Grifa, each with 20 reais, totaling R $ 156.24 million / year . With regard to companies, we focused on 710 thousand real profit companies, potential clients, with amounts of R $ 500, totaling R $ 4.26bi / year.
