PAXER
An educational benefit program which involves corporations and the government to make quality standard education be accessible and affordable for the low income segment's children of Pakistan by sponsoring for school fee structure in shape of an incentive being offered to the employees via school conversion and virtual education platform
- No Educational benefits offered to low tier employees in organisations
- affordability/ financial strength not available to enroll children into quality standard educational institutes
- Corporate sector not involved in resolving national challenge such as education (literacy rate , out of school children).
- 50 million kids are out of school in Pakistan 40% of this population belongs to blue collar employee segment
- 45% women are bachelors from the literacy rate and only 28% are pursuing their career in Pakistan
- High Employee Turn over in organisations in Pakistan
- High leakages upon employee incentives mainly on reimbursement models
- Blue Collar employees in organisations & low income families/ communities
- Out of school children
- Women out of work force
- Organisations in Pakistan (MNCs and SMEs)
- Schools /Quality standard educational institutes
A solution that bridges the gap between organizations and academia as well as enables organizations to be the Champions and Heroes for their employees by making quality standard education affordable and accessible for their children through an incentive program, resulting an increase in Retention rate, cost save on employee turn over ,Productivity & Motivation in the employees creating a positive environment for the organization.
This results in uplifting the blue collar/ low income community socially , economically , morally in the long term through government and corporations' involvement.
A Virtual primary education platform that empowers women and children out of school (Empowering women from childhood) which provides easy access to quality standard education by connecting them to trained graduate females and linking them to children out of school via technology.
As a result providing convenience to the taboo orientated communities and a chance to avail quality education for especially females not able to pursue their education in rural areas and such communities
"if you educate a man you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman you educate a family (nation)".

We are providing a new and innovative "Educational benefit program" for the blue collar employees that provides easy access to quality standard education for their children. At the moment, companies are providing health insurance, OPD and other monetary benefits which are not in line with the requirement of this tier. Therefore the employee leaves the company for a better salary and benefit, causing employee turnover cost to the company. In order to make this benefit affordable, we negotiate discounted fee structure from schools and offer this discounted fee structure to the client to make it much more affordable and accessible. We propose clients to split the cost of sponsorship at 66% and the rest passed on to the beneficiary.
Virtual education program is where we induct educated females who are out of the work force due to cultural constraint or restrictions. We train them online to be teachers for our virtual platform and connect them to children out of school, specially the girls who are not allowed to go to schools due to taboos, or financial limitations.
A management system software through which sponsors can visualize the impact created, providing analytics and monitoring that ensures no leakages in sponsorship
Virtual platform which connects out of work force females sitting at home to out of school children in rural and slum areas of Pakistan delivering quality standard affordable education.

Both the founders were engaged with this tier which brought a sense of realization that no organisation is offering any sort of educational benefit , companies provide health insurance of IPD which is purely based on probability yet their utilization ratio is nearly nil. This research inspired both the founders to initiate a benefit program which targeted to bring ease to this tier's pocket size by encouraging organisation to be the catalysts in providing/sponsoring the fee structure for the children of the blue collar employees. As per the research conducted by both the founders the biggest challenge faced by the nation at present is education and having a great number of children being out of school (23 million children) majority of the population of out of school children is present in this tier (15 million children) therefore its not only an initiative to motivate the employees but to tackle the challenge of out of school children and boost the literacy rate of Pakistan similarly making quality standard education be accessible to the children via technology in rural areas

- Since Pakistan is a country where quality standard education is not easily accessible and affordable therefore we intend to give this access to the lower and the middle class of Pakistan, an overall population of 15 million children out of school in this tier, improving the quality of lives of these blue collar employees ( around 65 million people ) as well as brightening the future for these families.
- We encourage corporate sector to be the catalyst in providing this facility through us as they can be the key players elevating their own employees and hence cutting the cost of employee turnover and making the employees loyalists for the corporation.
- Embedding this benefit as a government policy which implies on MNCs and SMEs operating in Pakistan.
- Improving the literacy rate of Pakistan
- Providing a platform for females to earn from home be a part of the economy and cater to majority of children out of school
- Financial inclusion by enrolling individuals out of the economic financial structure
- Joining hands and partner with other startups working in the field of education to improve the overall educational system across Pakistan
- The biggest challenge we currently face is changing the mind set of the decision makers in order to implement this program as we have competition of health insurance that is currently being provided as incentive but its utilization is nearly nil and is purely based on probability. Similarly it is not suitable for this tier as education is a biggest financial strain for their pocket size therefore these blue collar employees leave the children uneducated and put them in other child labor activities.
- For our virtual program, the availability of internet is a challenge, specially in rural areas, the region is equipped with 3G but access and affordability is crucial.
- Inducting the right minded passionate team to be deployed across the country
- Since the problem is so vast this can not be done all by ourselves, we intend to create a consortium in which we take similar genre ventures and create an ecosystem which is more suitable and effective in terms of tackling the problem
- Mobility of the teams to educate to population how to function the software
- Creating a more secure and effective software to build the virtual platform
- We intend to hire a bigger team from the different regions of Pakistan, that can work on the business development, to highlight the fact and provide awareness that this educational benefit is more in line with the requirements of both the employee as well as employer. It will not only cut the cost of our mobility but also increase the employment in these urban and rural areas.
- We plan to take Telecom companies on board and partner with them for the easy access of internet in these areas.
- We are looking for seed money to take care of the financial hiccup ( hiring a bigger team, create software and mobility of the team) before the business becomes self sustainable.

In Pakistan 50 million children are out of school although we are trying to tackle this challenge hence the prize will take us a step ahead in terms of reaching our goals and providing access to quality standard education and making it affordable.
More children would be sponsored in terms of virtual education and would be able to motivate more women to be on board with us on this platform and generate income while sitting at home.
More than 2 million Females are deprived of attaining primary education in Pakistan moreover the ratio of females is higher compared to males, the taboos which Pakistani culture is surrounded by is also a factor that discourages females to acquire education
on our virtual education platform we recruit SHEroes (experienced females) who are sitting at home and are unable to pursue their career(28% out of 45% graduates are not involved in the workforce/economy ) due to constraints, limitation or family pressure showcase them and provide them a stage to deliver and pursue their teaching career by sitting at home and teaching a class via technology. As male dominated societies we live in, PAXER also encourages working females to earn extra money by dedicating an hour and get paid per session. It aims to uplift females to be equally placed and positioned like a male as nothing is impossible for a SHEro.
By 2025 we seek to have successfully integrated more than 1000+ female teachers on board providing quality standard education on our virtual platform to 20,000 children
