In 2016, 40.6 million people lived in Poverty USA.

Almost One Billion people in the world live in extreme poverty.

Almost three Billion people in the world live in poverty due to unemployment or underemployment. 

People who will benefit from Omarsway solutions are homeless people, poor people anywhere in the world.
Homeless problem: Solving homelessness starts with preventing the people who are in the verge of becoming homeless from becoming homeless by providing them with a better employment opportunity.

The solution is based on providing  a training and employment opportunity. help with place to live in the case of homeless people.

creation company, after 25 years of R&D Omarsway is offering swift
solution to most of humans social problems by implementing only one
solution,  Direct Job Creation by design and by imagination which will
include
training. The solution in it is simplest form: If you provide
production equipment and tools to anyone anywhere in the world and show
them how to use them that person will immediately get to work and employ
him/her self. poverty exist in 2019 only because of lack of capital and
know how. Omarsway is planning to fill that gap by simply financing any
production idea in where in the world and offering ideas that can be
replicated anywhere else. Omarsway financing will come in form of
securing no collateral global equipment leasing and purchasing from over
140 global financing institutions and by co-signing loans to
entrepreneurs world-wide from their local banks based on the equipment
lease financed by the International bank to cover the local cost for
that specific project. although Omarsway is not a financial institution
but the founder spent five years on researching and designing creative
ways of global financing.

After 25 years of working on this project massive job creation can easily be implemented by:

1) Reverse immigration: The goal of any immigrant is to find a better economical opportunities to support family back home.If immigrants are offered opportunities to own and operate their businesses back home they will immediately go back and help employ their family members.

2) Import/Export: Exporting  equipment and tools for any fields or industry will result in job creation in both countries the exporting country by default.

This solution will be presented in an enterprise platform and a mobile app.
Finally people can easily participate in any job creation project by forming co-operatives locally.

I do not expect my solution will address the problem, I know my solution will solve the problem almost at the Internet speed. This not an everyday solution this is a movement which will immediately disrupt global economy.

The whole world think poverty and inequality problems exist because the economy is not good. The truth is there is no co-relation between the growth in GDP and job creation, that is why poverty exist in the most rich countries like U.S.A, England, Canada, Saudi Arabia, France.. etc.

So 99.95% of people world wide think the economy has to be good to produce and that is completely wrong, because a good economy means rich people are making money buying an selling  stocks which will add to the GDP but will not create new jobs and that is why there is no co-relation between the growth in GDP and job creation.

The solution: Job Creation must be stand-alone industry for profit because when you create new jobs you are actually building a robust economy that is also protect the economy against future recessions.

This solution is not started yet

This an umbrella solution designed for serving millions of people from the start because all the services will be automated.

My goal is to create 20 million jobs next year.

My goal is to create over 2 billion jobs in the next five years.

My main barrier is funding needed to create enterprise platforms to host all parties involved in this massive job creation project.

I am a social entrepreneur, inventor with a background in mechanical engineering and have experience and knowledge different other fields. I moved from Sudan to New York June 1st 1989 with small goal I was hoping to work hard and succeed and start shipping automotive equipment to Sudan to expand my auto business at the time by opening many shops to create employment opportunities for the people in Sudan but for so many reasons that did not happen. My late father used help people with jobs when I was 7 years old. In 1995 I had this idea of becoming a job creator and try to come up with robust solutions to conquer unemployment problem by direct job creation.

In 1996 I started a 17 years R&D in the subject Job Creation and how to create new methods to conquer global global unemployment. This project went through many stages but in 2011 I was able to see a clear picture on where I am heading after I have received a massive response when I placed an introduction about the project in a popular site in the middle east.
I am well positioned to solve this problem because I have invested 30 years into it since 1989.

Not working with any organization.

I applied to solve for the following reasons:can

1) To gain exposure so many people start thinking big to tackle global problems and may be interact with me to exchange ideas and knowledge so we can all progress and help the other helpless people.

2) To have access to professional help and get feed back on my solutions.

3) to find organizations that are working in the same field for future collaboration.

3) To win some of the prizes available in my field and gain recognition and monetary prizes to help me continue my journey.

4) To find impact investors who are interested in funding a social enterprise bearing in mind their exit will not be through IPO because the main purpose of my work is to put people before profit.

1) International Labor Organization. Looking to get information and unemployment data and statistics for all the countries in the world.

2) The united nations. to be able to work with UNDP and to get a chance to connect with UN missions in New York to get access to their respective countries.

3) Any organizations that are working human development fields in the ground  anywhere in the world.

My job creation program is based on educating and training unemployed people before placing them in the jobs that we created specifically for them.

Training and knowledge is the main part of our work to increase the productivity of everyone involve.

If I win this prize I will immediately setup a vocational training online through videos and through collaboration with other companies which are willing to offer training opportunities.
Training and education are very important for lifting people from poverty.

There are over 6 million vacant jobs in the US alone where there is nobody qualified to fill them.

If I win this prize this what I will do:

Lifting  women from poverty is one of the most important reasons I have been working on this whole project because women support support future generations. The stability of women and girls is the back bone of all families world wide. If i win this prize I will create an online market place where women from all countries can sell hand crafted items to rich people in the US and all the western world. There is a huge demand for such a market place.

This prize will help me setup such a market where we will facilitate the sales payment and shipping for all parties involved and while maintaining security for everyone.

If I win this prize I will create an online training program using all the technology available to educate and train refugees to gain new online skills and help them to work on line on one of the online freelance platforms.

I will create an online  market place market place for immigrants men and women can sell hand crafted items by facilitating marketing, sales, payment and shipping.

In most hosting countries in the middle east Refugees are not allowed to work so I am going to work with those countries to create educational and training programs for Refugees and the local citizens and in the same time start creating job creation projects where Refugees get a chance to earn an honest living. Example of those countries are Jordan and Lebanon.

My job creation project will help America to export 10 times what it exports now. I have working in this solution for very long time, I drove a yellow taxi in New York to meet and survey over 800 immigrants drivers from different countries and my survey wad successful almost all participants agreed to buy US made capital goods and services financed by some government programs such as Exim Bank and take back home to create jobs for their family members back home and for some of them who plan to go back home and work from there.

Almost all immigrants come to the US looking for work by implementing this huge idea everybody will win and America will be more stronger, illegal immigration will be reduced.

I have met with Exim Bank chair man in New York in 2012 he encouraged me to continue and bring this solution to life.

If I win this prize I will start educating, teaching and training kids in the inner cities to acquire knowledge in different trades such as plumbing , carpentry, auto mechanic, and other vocational trade fields and in the same time starting creating job creation projects to secure their employment.

Create and build an online free training school to help kids in those communities to learn and work online in one of the hundreds of online platforms such as Amazon, Upwork, Fiverr.

Find kids with ideas and with entrepreneurial spirits and incubate them and coach them until they start their startups.

And finally if I win this prize I will be able to build a platform that designed to end mass shootings in the US and in the western world.

The idea is to stream live Surveillance cameras installed properly in and around Schools, places of worship, and work places where we have people overseas monitoring these cameras and provide instant reports on suspicious activities. This project will employ thousands of Refugees overseas.

This project will be upgraded to include monitoring places of business to stop armed robberies and holdups such as grocery stores, gas stations and the other cash businesses, funds generated from monitoring these businesses will expand employment of Refugees overseas.
