Designing a solution that will plug in community residents to resources and 

local officials that will provide info, along with reduce wait time for services

as well as provide folks with low means with necessary paperwork and identification for basic needs.

Access to services and basic needs and identification to gain those city services to participate in government. 

Underserved communities in cities and small towns as well as those coming out of prison.

Still in conceptual design, work in progress.

Expansion of services, workflow and population. 

The solution will consists of mobile, web and newsprint. 

Leveraging technology and resources that are available to those with the least means, therefore not just utilizing technology but also instruments that

are common in communities that those with the least can still be kept informed, newsprint and local social inclusion groups.

Launch solution and leverage active network of friends/resources from the diaspora to test solution and viability in various countries.
