Digital Grid
As growing climate change impacts are experienced across the globe, the message that greenhouse gas emissions must fall is unambiguous. Currently, around 80% of global energy and 66% of electrical generation are supplied from fossil fuels. Energy is urgent to almost all of the challenges and opportunities in sub-Saharan Africa and Nigeria in particular. Nevertheless, the grid-based power generation capacity is drastically insufficient and unreliable to meet the increasingly growing energy demand in the region. Low incomes and excessively high cost of energy make energy unaffordable for the citizens, despite the availability of renewable resources.
In addition, Access to clean modern energy services is an enormous challenge facing the African continent as energy is fundamental for socioeconomic development and poverty eradication. Today, 60 – 70% of the Nigerian population does not have access to electricity. There is no doubt that the present power crisis afflicting Nigeria will persist unless the government diversifies the energy sources in domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors and adopt new available technologies to reduce energy wastages and to save cost.
Energy efficiency leads to important social benefits, such as reducing the energy bills for poor households. With our technology, low-income communities can readily harness the cost-effectiveness the availability advantages offered by our energy options to meet the incessantly growing energy demand without any destructive effect on the environment. Our device will be a major contributor to the sustainable economic, environmental, and social development of Africa’s most populated Nation as our approach offers transformative impact on reducing carbon emission on our path to achieve a net zero target.
From the stone age to industrial age to electrical age and as the world is transitioning into the sustainable/renewable age, the clean-energy transition is one of the greatest challenge of the 21th century. In any case, as the conventional wisdom states, the stone age didn’t come to an end because the world ran out of stones. Fossil fuels are responsible for a large proportion of global greenhouse gas emissions which have caused, and continue to cause, enduring harm to our planet while Energy plays the most vital role in the economic growth, progress and development, as well as poverty eradication and security of any nation. The energy crisis which has engulfed Nigeria for almost two decades, has been enormous and has largely contributed to the incidence of poverty by paralyzing industrial and commercial activities during this period.
The council for renewable energy of Nigeria estimates that power outages brought about a loss of 126 billion naira (US $984.38 million) annually. Apart from the huge income loss, it has also resulted in health hazards due to the exposure to carbon emissions caused by constant use of ‘backyard generators’ in different households and business enterprises, unemployment, and high cost of living leading to a deterioration of living conditions. In this regard, the government has a responsibility to make renewable energy available and affordable to all.
People in rural areas depend on burning wood and traditional biomass for their energy needs, causing great deforestation, emitting greenhouse gases, and polluting the environment, thus creating global warming and environmental concerns. The main task has been to supply energy to the cities and various places of industrialization, thereby creating an energy imbalance within the country’s socioeconomic and political landscapes.
Our permanent magnetic generator will provide endless pollution-free energy. Our solution is focused on driving down energy costs, eliminating the use of fossil fuel and grid electricity and increase consistency through innovative design and simplification.
Energy consumption patterns in the world today shows that African countries and indeed, Nigeria have the lowest rates of consumption. Nevertheless, Nigeria suffers from an inadequate supply of usable energy due to the rapidly increasing demand, which is typical of a developing economy. The pattern of energy usage in Nigeria’s economy can be divided into industrial, transport, commercial, agricultural and household sectors. The household sector accounts for the largest share of energy usage in the country – about 65%. This is largely due to the low level of development in all the other sectors. The energy consumption per capita in Nigeria is very small, about one-sixth of the energy consumed in developed countries. Our advanced technology will serve government organizations, businesses and individuals. Our devices will be categorized based on energy generation; for example, our device that will generate energy for a standard home will not serve an organization or industry. Environmental concerns have led to an increased focus on generation from renewable sources, with this in mind, our technology will help boost Nigeria’s GDP and per capita income which are indices used to measure the economic well-being of a country and its people, revolutionizing how we generate electricity.
Nigeria has been hit with a meteorite of energy crisis for two decades now which is directly hindering Nigeria's development. The fact that we consider ourselves as friends of the climate which is driven by passion, made us arrive at our solution. Our team consist of skilled and experienced members in their various fields who are former CEOs and youths under 30years of age directly affected by the energy crisis in Nigerian communities. We share mutual respect with excellent communication skills, cooperation and supportive solidarity. My team is well organized and most importantly, we know how to have fun on the job and outside the job. With a team like this, the sky is the beginning.
- Support informal communities in upgrading to more resilient housing, including financing, design, and low-carbon materials or energy sources.
- Nigeria
- Prototype: A venture or organization building and testing its product, service, or business model, but which is not yet serving anyone
We created a prototype of the basic concept behind our Digital Grid which is magnetic piston or shaft. The magnetic fields produce by our magnetic pistons & disc repel each other and causes the pistons to move. By using the magnetic force of the permanent magnets, continuous motion is generated which turns the motor and generates and electric power.
Also, we designed a virtual extensive mechanical prototype. This results of our prototype iteration shows that this energy option is affordable and it is not subject to climate conditions therefore, this alternative energy sources is a potential off-grid solution to the energy challenge in sub-Saharan Africa. This generator will lead a drastic change in today’s modern world and proves to be a pioneer in the field of research of free energy.

- Financial (e.g. accounting practices, pitching to investors)
- Human Capital (e.g. sourcing talent, board development)
Benjamin Franklin connected a group of leyden jars to store more charge, which released powerful electricity upon discharging. He called this device a “battery” using military term for weapons functioning together. Our device which runs on almost no input and give a valuable amount of energy is completely self-sustaining because it doesn’t rely on external fuel sources to generate power. It can run indefinitely as long as the magnets remain intact which means that once our device is installed, it can provide energy for years to come.
With the growth of Artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing, automation and other technologies, leveraging this advances gives our device the potential to revolutionize the way we generate electricity with the use of permanent magnet shaft which is truly an innovative concept by harnessing the power of magnetic field creating a state-of-the-art disaster proof, light weight and digital grid technology.
Digitalization is growing and seems to be an inseparable part of our lives. Monitoring platforms have become essential for users of renewable energy sources since they allow users to assess the performance of these technologies, hence, brought about the inception of our digital grid which will help control the energy people are using automatically adapting to energy prices and low demand. Our digital grid will bring together smart devices, distributed energy sources, transport and infrastructure for a smart city system using blockchain technology to protect our users from cyber-threat and attacks with strong regulatory and cybersecurity protocols to be built into our network. Open yet secure connections will enable intelligent monitoring of energy and facilitate safe energy trading. The potential benefits of this technology are clear and it is exciting to think about the possibilities that it could unlock in the years and decades to come. So whether you’re an environmental enthusiast or just curious about new technologies, our device is the real deal.
Climate crisis call for rapid transformation of societies which only an urgent system-wide transformation can help avoid climate disaster. Nigeria is committed to achieving 30gigawatts(GW) of energy by 2030, with 30% to be generated from renewables becoming the first African country to develop a detailed energy transition plan to tackle energy shortage and climate change achieving net-zero by 2060.
Our short-term impact goals will be total adoption of our technology by the government organizations, to provide affordable and available energy for low-income communities and individuals to help in accelerating the transition to off-grid clean energy for a healthy, livable planet today and for generations to come.
Our long-term goals are creating efficient and reliable system less prone to market shocks and improve resilience and energy security, diversifying power supply options creating jobs and ensuring a just transition and universal energy access. Although individuals and corporations are major contributors to the world’s carbon emissions, responding to consumer demand, corporations across all industries can manage their carbon emissions while both saving costs and driving revenue over long-term by investing in our climate friendly technology which is now mature and economically viable. The technologies are already there; what is needed is ambitious, clear and effective policies to finance action in this decade.

The Energy progress report assesses achievements in the global quest for universal access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy by 2030. At today’s rate of progress, the world is still not on track to achieve the SDG 7 goals by 2030. Advances have been impeded, particularly in the most vulnerable countries and those that were lagging, especially Nigeria. It is worth bearing in mind, that an energy transition ambitious enough to fulfill SDG 7 goals in Nigeria can also help meet other social and economic objectives.
We will be measuring our progress towards our impact goals in Nigeria using:
- Number of government organization adopting our technology
- Number of Industries and business organizations in regions
- Number of households on our digital grid
- Energy big data analysis and consumption pattern.
- Energy consumption per capita
- Jobs created and GDP
These will strengthen our security of supply and demand while saving our climate.
During implementation, information from monitoring will be related back to our theory of change to inform management decisions, to ensure interventions and activities are adjusted to remain relevant and increase the likelihood of achieving our desired change. Evaluation can be crucial during implementation or closure validating our theory of change and learning what works and what does not work well in different context with the main purpose of having a basis on which to support future evaluation. We made a detailed description of the mechanisms through which our desired change is expected to occur in a particular situation as it plays a critical role in guiding intervention design, data collection, analysis and reporting.
We built our theory of change in six to seven steps; First of all, we identified and analyzed the solution of our long-term goals; Secondly, we clarified our goals and connected the preconditions and requirements necessary to achieve the goals; Thirdly, we designed our product; Forth, we identified the interventions that will create our desired change and mapped the casual pathway. Fifth, we identified explicit assumption about our device; Sixth, we designed specific measurable, achievable, reliable and time-bound indicators to measure outcomes; and lastly, converted our theory of change to logical framework. For example, if our technology gets wide-spread adoption in the Nigerian household sector which contribute to 65% of the greenhouse gases in our atmosphere, we are sure to be eliminating 65% of the energy sector contribution of greenhouse gas emissions on our path to achieve a net-zero target while boosting Nigeria’s GDP and per capita income and the need to balance increased production and consumption.
Electricity turned from a scientific curiosity into an essential tool for modern life. Our devices core technology is our neodymium magnetic pistons and disc. This concept of generating magnetic field from the permanent magnets became practical only after introducing neodymium magnets which are much more powerful than the previous ferrite magnets which will provide pollution-free energy and will not deplete our natural resources.
In addition, adoption of additive manufacturing has reached critical mass as those who have yet to integrate additive manufacturing in their supply chain are now part of an ever shrinking minority. Where 3D printing was only suitable for prototyping and one-off manufacturing in the early stages, it is now rapidly transforming with current demand that is industrial in nature. Leveraging 3D printing, large-scale, individual-level and business-level will be achieved to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. It is time to stop burning our planet and start investing in the abundant renewable sources all around us and save our climate.

In Nigeria, the main objective is providing urban cities and industrial areas with electricity creating marginalized communities. Our work is focused on making sure villages, low-income rural and urban communities don’t get left behind allowing for a higher, cost-effective use of renewables and empowering a new generation of energy consumers. To achieve this, our team cuts across the various geo-political zones in Nigeria.
As Nigeria is committed to achieving 30gigawatts(GW) of energy by 2030, with 30% to be generated from renewable energy mix particularly solar which needs to be deployed at an unprecedented scale since the country plans to eliminate the use of petrol and diesel generators by 2060. Government and businesses have an important role to play in supporting the necessary lifestyle changes by putting in place the right policies, infrastructure and incentives which Nigeria did by becoming the first African country to develop a detailed transition plan to tackle energy shortage and climate change towards achieving net-zero by 2060. In contrast, The Vietnamese Government has encouraged the use of rooftop solar because its strategic deployment can contribute to reducing the load on the grid and impact land-use planning. This made more investors to focus on rooftop solar development and by the end of September 2020, more than 100,000 rooftop solar systems were installed with a total capacity approximating 10GW which is equivalent to about 10 nuclear power plants. Our technology when implemented in tandem with the government, will garner ever-increasing attention from a business perspective thanks to the flexibility in installation time-frames and investment capital options. The scalability of our technology will allow us take advantage of the energy crisis in Nigeria utilizing 3 channels which are B2G, B2B and B2C to secure new and substantial wealth for our investors.

It is true clean energy transition comes at a cost, our investment though, will pay for itself in a few years thanks to the economic and social benefits it’ll yield. Our Digital grid economic and social benefits transition greatly surpass its costs. The major energy-consuming activities in Nigeria’s household are cooking, lightning, and use of electrical appliances. We offer plans ranging from;
- Micro-grid – best suitable for only lightening which is the only form of energy consumption in a typical Nigerian village.
- Mini-grid – best suitable for only lightening and basic electrical appliances such as televisions which is the energy consumption pattern for rural communities.
- Off-grid – which is for general energy consumption pattern suitable for urban communities, businesses and organizations.
- Mining-grid – is exclusively for crypto mining farms.
We also offer energy audit. We can audit a buildings energy dynamics for ways to reduce consumption prior to installing site-specific digital grid to confirm the necessary sizing of the system, flexible from 2.5kva to 24kva for household. Our technology is a license to make money.
