With Smart Farmer Application; (IOS and Android) All and more detailed form of information sent by SMS. To ask agricultural Engineers with photographic questions, receiving consultancy remotely, selling their products, making social shares.
The farmer shares collected from the application to decompose in bigdata to create early alarms about disease and warnings, then match the collected photos with artificial intelligence by removing maps of harmful and disease images to share information.

In the existing system, farmers do not have access to early and agricultural weather. He cannot bargain by selling his products to his usual customers and does not know the market price. He is not aware of new production methods and continues production with old methods. When global warming or the market fails to cope with the competition conditions, it quits farming and migrates to cities. He works with low wages as an unskilled employee in cities. But all farmers have a featurephone or smartphone. With SMS, IOS and android application it is possible to solve information, communication and productivity problems.

The current information channel of farmers is to go from the village to the public centers in provincial or district centers. When a farmer wants to know the market price of the product, he goes to the big wholesaler in the city centers to learn the situation. In order to track agricultural meteorological data, the state needs to access the meteorology website, but many farmers do not know it. They have to sell their products to a single buyer who comes to the village and cannot negotiate. In the event of a disease, the agricultural engineer should be invited to the field to consult with them or they should go. When the Ministry makes a statement, they should go to the public buildings in the provincial and district centers regarding the grant supports and look at the posters. They are in no way aware of new breeding methods and innovations in agriculture. Our solution is to facilitate access to information, to become a communication bridge and to open their products online to wider markets through SMS, IOS and Android application. The rate of smartphone usage exceeded 68% in rural areas and there are currently approximately 1.5 million farmers subscribers who receive SMS information. We will direct them to use applications and ensure that farmers who are not accessing information in rural areas continue to produce by strengthening them economically and socially. This would indirectly reduce migration.

We have 15 years work experience in Agricultural Informatics. The main purpose of the projects we have done so far is to improve the life and living conditions of the farmers. In order to achieve this, we will be able to succeed by living in the farmers and with our solution-oriented studies and experience. In the SMS system, we have 1 million 600 thousand free farmer subscribers and up to 250 thousand farmers pay $ 0.35 per month in addition to their phone bills for further information.
IOS and Android will also be free for the application, but we plan to receive advertising from companies. In addition, services such as online consultancy will pay a small amount.
Subscription system was created for SMS. We also plan to continue with partial subscriptions and figures for Android and IOS.
It will ensure that farmers living in rural areas, trying to support their lives through agricultural production and animal husbandry, have easy access to the right information with our expert agricultural engineers. We will prevent the decrease in productivity by warning in advance against many external factors that occur instantaneously and which may damage farmers' crops. We will solve the damages of farmers' products in an interactive way. We will provide direct access to the buyer so that they can sell their products at a more affordable price. With our social initiative, we used to send such information from our web pages. We had an educational organization walking around the village. We met with 10 million people living in rural areas in 15 years. We received awards in national and international organizations and our business model of sending information to farmers via SMS was taken as an example in 6 countries. We provide information services to 1.6 million farmers by subscribing. However, our IOS and Adroid applications are very new, yet it has been several months. We've done an experiment before, but it wasn't successful because smartphones were not so common. This time we think that we will be successful by directing our SMS subscriptions.
