GOOVEMENT: Good Governance Proactive Movement

In many countries, also mine, Indonesia, that use democracy as their governance system, until now it is hard things to find the goverment performance information and set of legal products, even the right to obtain information guaranteed in Article 28 letter F Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945. This urgency have a correlation with the Legal Fiction Principle.

Our solution is to make an integrated and interactive platform to know all about government also up to date legal products. People shall know goverments nation projects responsibility and continuously report performance.

It will be very usefull because we know that not every citizens in legal age understand about the legal products, they are hard to find out the platform, even government have, it's not effective and efficient. This solution have a core to bring citizens know more close with their representative in nation institution and be more transparancy.

The scale is not just locally, but also nationally, moreover globally. Just said in Indonesia according the data from Data Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Republic of Indonesia, there is 25.64 million of peoples in poverty line on precentage 9.66% in total demography. It means too many marginal peoples that don't have legal knowledge also a known by their government. Because the majoriry that people is just have an education in elementary school and it's many of them not passed it. 

This issues could be more serious because that marginal people will flowed by social-culture issues, such as HOAX, populism, and etc. in their daily life.

It's a fact that many citizens of country is hard to find out their government transparancy. As simple our government have a project to build a bridge that linked two region, after the project is done, we as citizen not know where is the accuntability of the project report. Where is the publication. So, here our idea is want to make up all data of institution in one apps that well integrated and interactive. We will collects up all the info that citizens need to give by transparancy. No more secrets!

This solution have a purpose to the marginal people, especially like poverty, indigeneous people, people that live in hinterland. We know, it's hard to bring this solution to them, in case to remember they may don't have gadget or the connection in their area is too poor. But, we encourage government to make this idea come true. We will collabs with projects in focus with rural area internet connection, with their invention. Moreover, we will persuade The Ministry Research and Technology of country to develope this solution.

We are highly care about our participants because every citizens have same rights to get information about their governments. Geography aspect is none to be the obstacles. It's sad if rural people blinded by the legal products or their governance today growth in reason there is no platform to be used for.

It's dramatically useful for their needs because we know about legal fiction. It's a worry if marginal people get to be jailed because not know about the legal. As we know, legal fiction is a principle which assumes that everyone considers knowing the law, including farmers who do not pass elementary school, or those who live in the hinterland. 

So the government will make a data to upload monthly and annual reports of every work they have done in month and year. 

The government will have their team. The team also summarize the files and make it into infographic that makes people easy to understand the government performance reports.

Besides, this app will provide a "Public Opinion" room that makes people could makes an article about government's performance. There will be some criteria that need to be fulfilled so the article can be published in app and website.

This apps is shall be well known as the transparancy rangers. It will covers all data about country assets that may needs to be known by the citizens in general, because we understand there are also private data that just the internal can privately know. The data is integrated with OMBUDSMAN in a country, in this case is Republic of Indonesia. As a knowledge, OMBUDSMAN is an independent national institution that have a function to report all citizens problem, such as the performance of officials, mal-administration, and many more. So, we will be a partnership and catch the data from that institution and convert it to be more interactive by the apps. We will make the summary.

Moreover, GOOVEMENT will uprise the up to date of legal products that addresses by the lowest regulation (in regional) until the highest (in central/national). It will be summarize interactively and easily to search it. In every legal products, we will include the caption below to known by the reader as the summarize of that regulation (product). Until now, there's many difficulties to search legal products by easily in one platform. So, GOOVEMENT will invite you to get different experience to known government performance also legal products.

We highly proud to introduce our GOOVEMENT because it is innovative and different from any products because some reasons, that is:

1. We ready to encourage government by make a link with OMBUDSMAN as national institutions that runs in citizens rights to make a big data in one platforms.

2. We are starts from non-profit program. We are as the citizen have feel bad case with government performance, so the idea is blow by our experience. We want service many citizens thay have same case too and make government better.

3. It is apps that could make big changes. It is just not the way creates an apps and deliver the function to our users. It is more than that. We care about country, about our government. We empower citizens to be more proactive with their governments performance.

4. Integrated with AI. We try to make this apps that have focused build transparancy by the goverment that citizens could tracking easily by using AI tech. AI will plant in GOOVEMENT by learning our users preferences, such as they profession, place of work, foods, main activities, songs, news, and many more. So, we could give a recommended with legal products to be study for that suitable and relate with them.

The concept of this product is simple. Everything about big data and integrated it with the national system. The data is mainly collects all info about government projects and legal products and deliver it to citizens interactively. Beside, citizens can make any opinion there, see the performance index, and not least they tracking annualy reports about the budgets. This way is to protects citizens rights to knows the info.

We focused with checks and balances system that empower citizens to highly proactive with their government. So, there are no worries about mal-administration and illegal activities that happen by officially institution.

Also we use AI tech to know what legal products that highly recommended and suitable for them by study by their daily preferences.

It is simple. We encourage people to pro active maintain also tracking their governments does. By that activities, the governance looks transparancy, accuntability, and could make feedback with citizens opinion by this apps features.

The effect is, if the governance already transparance, we could minimize the illegal activities that sometimes did by the officially.

Users know the legal products too. So, they not be law blinded and it's prevents action to not entangled with legal fictions.

Honestly, until now the scale of this product is too small, we just driven seems 1 districts of a city. The number is about 100 peoples overall. It is because the program just in basic and we don't have any fund to develope it. The project that have been tested is just a modul, not overall an complex app.

In one year, we encourage ourself to serving more than 1.500++ peoples around the cities.

And in 5 years, we highly believe we could make a bigger users. It is about 1 million++, it is just in our country, Indonesia. Not include in another countries.

Our goals is to serving more peoples in our country and recommendly this product to the government. We will expanse our market/place to another country. Building link with youth communities in every city, AIESEC, CSR companies, and law firms.

We will make a demo of this product in world summit events and tell them how recommended this program is.

We need Rp. 100.000.000,00 Rupiah or equal to USA $80.000 to develope and promotes this product. But, we will encourage goverment to fund this program because it's have an effect directly with the governance system by the country.

We will hire technical proffesional that national institute have, to join this program development.

About the legal, is 100% legalize by the country because the products is about legal products teaching. It's have a corellation.

We surely make a bonding to our goverment to fund this product. We will ask CSR funds from many companies, together develope this program.

We will encourage communities and students college to make fundraising of this products.

We as Tanoto Scholars, will ask the fund to Tanoto Foundation. The fund that we talk here not just a material, moreover it can be like a promotional tools or etc. They must be happy to have scholars that invented a new idea.

Now, we are just 2 persons. We just take the basic and we are first year of college students. But, we have a great ambition to empower people and be influencer of our social. Both of us is full time staff of this project.

Wildan has a background of Law Sciences in Universitas Andalas. One of prestige state university in Indonesia and as one of the Top 10 Universities in Indonesia on 2018. This project is have correlation with his background studies. 

And Michael is a student that have background studies Urban and Regional Planning (PWK) of Technic Faculty in Bandung Institute of Technology, the best Technic Institute that Indonesia have.

Both of us have good competences and softskills. It's proved when we accepted to be the Tanoto Scholars Awardee by TELADAN Program. We are selected from thousands applicants into 150 students awardee.

Wildan is a person that love social movement. He has joined MUN. In 2017, he did got "Verbal Commendation Awards" in IMF Council AYIMUN 2017, even it's his very first time getting MUN while that time he still in 12th grade of SHS. Wildan chose to be 2nd Position of The Next Future CEO of BUMN Competition Goes to Padang that held by The Ministry BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) of Indonesia.

Micheal is clever boy. He used himself to be the student colleges when he just in 17 years old. From Elementary School he recorded as an accelerative students.

We just collab and support each other.

1. With Tanoto Foundation. We are as the scholars of that foundation just created ourself to invent new concept. Tanoto Foundation is a filantrophy organizations that runs in social problem.

2. Universitas Andalas and Bandung Technology Institute. As the student of both that campus. Me and Michael is supported by our campus to develope our GOOVEMENT.

Our key customers is citizens that legalize by law as legal person (17+). In near future, we will upgrade the feature of GOOVEMENT that suitable for children, like we have an idea to propose  "Anti Corruption Education". The essence is to educate children about anti-corruption character since early.

The benefeciaries is all citizens, company: especially law firm, department of database, and government.

We provide a solution of Good Governance become transparation, accountability, and giving a feedback from their citizens lively in one platform and interactive. 

We provide it by the apps and make a collaboration to state institutional, community, also companies. We will embrace our networks more widely by the time.

We will encourage government to fund this product. We will ask Tanoto Foundation too as our great partner. We could make a fundraising with many communities over all campus in Indonesia. Because this project is not just for one community, it's suitable for all citizens that would transform their country, especially in governance system performance to be more better.

What we want to do is all about care in social, we care about rights that have by all citizens over the world with their government. Let the citizens be proactive to maintain and tracking their government. Let them sounds their idea, recommendations. It's about the next level of democracy. And we want that all people must know about the law, the legal products, even they are in the hinterland. Don't ever they got jailed because the ignorances of legal products. What we want from SOLVE is very simple. We just want SOLVE as the media between us and the world to sounding our products. Let us show our creativity and invention. We need SOLVE to coaching us, because all of you guys in SOLVE is professional. And we need to be funded to.

We want partnership with students organization activities in many universities such as AIESEC, because AIESEC is held in over 126 countries around the world and in 2.400 Universities. It's the biggest youth organizations in the world.

We want to partnership with Tanoto Foundation as our scholars given.

And we wanted to make a bonding also partnership with our government, Ombudsman RI.

It's very usefull for us! AI tech will make our products more advance and usefull and the performance will be maximal. Because we need to know closely our users preferences.

Our product is basically using big data to make the performance running as well. We will ensure the data and programm is well by hiring a professional technical and staff. We will make a database that have a high security components.

Sourced? We will starts marketing our products to our close environment as source, such as friends, family, neighbours, organization members. We will actively promoting in social media and make a relation with government to help us promoting it. If we do our best in SOLVE 2019 and invited to MIT, we believe that we could invited to Indonesia talkshow programm to presenting our idea. This will make our product more closely to citizens.

Maintained? We will use the latest apps service program by partnership with professional. So, the data is safe in our bank.
