Lift with AnyBodyCanDevelop-ABCD
We want to democratize education by meeting with subject matter experts to create online educational content in a micro-learning approach so learners can grasp these concepts in short sessions.
Our tool is a Learning Management System (Shepherdd) that aims to democratize education
Our tool seeks to create a community to not only educational content but to internalize and directs the paths of learners based on Collaboration, Critical thinking, Creativity, Communication, and problem-solving as identified by WEF on the Future of Jobs forum.
As part of our efforts to democratize education, the tools would focus on simplifying things thus, breaking complex things into their basic form to enhance the assimilation of educational subjects and the use of tools, and resources that can actually help students easily visualize, and relate and engage with educational contents
We believe Arts(Photo manipulation, User interface design and user experience design illustrations, and 3D modeling), Science, and technology(programming) are the building blocks of society. Our tool would host content related to these fields so learners can thrive in an ever-changing world.
Our vision is enshrined in our overarching goal, "AnyBodyCanDevelop-ABCD", we feel that our breadth of impact would be a great one since we try to democratize and break complex subjects, processes, and the likes in their simplest form to reduce cognitive load so that learners can better assimilate these subject in an experiential learning approach.
This tool would monitor how students interact with the learning and the system would report on these interactions and the performances of students and suggest improvements where necessary. The power of Artificial intelligence when infused into our system, would help us better improve students' learning outcomes from the insights gotten from students' interactions with our service.
We would want to introduce gamification to every content in order to make the learning experience a better one. Gamification in this context means infusing gaming elements and not creating games(this can be made possible if we have the right resources and team.
Our tool would scale in that with time, we would allow content creators to create educational content on our platform hence, opening up the platform to the diverse learning approaches and experiences enshrined in the diverse personalities who would want to participate as instructors or educational content creators hence and creating a pool of educational content creators.
This tool would make good use of services that encourages an inclusive web experience like language translations, closed captions in various languages, transcripts, audio narrations, dyslexic font type (allows users to toggle between normal and dyslexic text), and the like. Also, our web service would make good use of progressive web application technologies to help students still have access and engage with our learning content including taking quizzes and the like even without the Internet hence allowing people with poor Internet or remote areas to still engage with our educational contents.
With the help of subject matter experts, we can create any content in any field to create social interventions(courses) in various communities
My solution serves learners of all levels given that we have subject matter experts creating online educational content.
Currently, we collate insights on our courses on udemy to make informed decisions about our learners.
My team is experienced in their fields from the computer science space(web development, Artificial Intelligence, Data science, Arduino Programming), people in the digital creative space(Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,), Engineering space( 3D printing and 3D modeling), user experience and user interface design space(Figma and Uizard), programs management and the likes.
- Provide access to improved civic action learning in a wide range of contexts: with educator support for classroom-based approaches, and community-building opportunities for out of school, community-based approaches.

- Prototype: A venture or organization building and testing its product, service, or business model, but which is not yet serving anyone
Currently, we are testing the platform and fixing bugs, and looking for subject matter experts to help populate educational content on the platform.
Currently, we are looking for subject matter experts in various fields to help us populate our LMS with useful educational content that would help learners thrive in this changing world.

We look to reaching as many people as possible to help democratize education
- 4. Quality Education
- 8. Decent Work and Economic Growth
- 9. Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
- 10. Reduced Inequalities
- 17. Partnerships for the Goals
We look at the provided data generated by students activities to help us identify key points needed to help us achieve our goals
Shepherdd's theory of impact is realized when we have learners actually practicing or making impacts in the lives of people in their communities based on what they've learned.
We use a web-based technology with most of the technologies need to run a successful LMS platform.
- A new application of an existing technology
- Audiovisual Media
- Software and Mobile Applications

- Not registered as any organization
Diversity, equity, and inclusivity is something we would want as key factor to living in a good working environment.
Our approach is to allow people of various ages to access our platform provided they have the means and are of age and should not be of age, we have included the parent-child feature so parents monitor their wards.
Also, workers are given equal opportunities to advance themselves to pursue other meaningful opportunities whiles still working with us.
We look to onboard new teams provided they qualify for a role while creating opportunities for all genders.
shepherdd, a Learning Management System looks to provide tailored educational content to individuals and organizations whiles creating avenues for other subject matter experts to use the platform to share their expertise.
For Ngo's, individuals and institutions who would want to reach a global audience including people in the hinterlands, our online feature makes it possible to help learners still have access to their learnings without the internet.
- Individual consumers or stakeholders (B2C)
We look to selling premium courses, creating paid content for organizations who would want to train their workers, and educational institutions who would want to use our shepherdd, and taking commissions or revenue splitting with instructors who create content on shepherdd.
We look forward to working with Ngo's and social impact organizations that would want to reach more people in remote areas using education as their CRS.
Aside from internally generating funds, we look to sustain shepherdd by submitting our courses on various learning platforms like udemy, skillshare, eduonix etc as premium courses.
The above is possible because I do have premium courses on udemy and Eduonix. Udemy gives me pay every month when students purchase my course.
