Livestock and Dairy Products Farm Solution

The major problem is the community's wellbeing and economic developmental  problems.

Where I have to bring the best project in which community is able to benefit from.

In general, all community's needs are found in Livestock and Dairy Products Farm project. 

We do give jobs, food, electricity and manure.

So in short, poverty is eradicated through our project. 

Our Solution is about Livestock and Dairy Products Farm Project in which we currently have managed to output milk, cheese and meat and etc.. 

We are using new technology as we exploit the waste of our cattles into the biogas electricity.

And we are looking forward to keeping innovating and bringing new technologies.

But it's a solution to my community as this project gives hope to the society's future.

The target is the vulnerable people of our community but generally we have to reach out to every single person.

Those in need of basic education, medical care and other essential services are our main concern because we want to make sure they lack nothing and that's what our Solution is all about.

The important thing is to work on what you love and knowing why you're doing it. 

Before choosing the team, I had to make sure everyone is aware of the project, our purpose, and aim to the community. 

Identifying the problems of our community is the most important thing we have to do together as we come up with a sustainable solution. 

Another thing is that we are willing to serve the society as we make positive changes to the people's lives.

We know what our community likes and what it needs.

We are one of our community and serve our customers friendly.

Because I have to take a part in my community's development process and share my thoughts with others. 

I'm a responsible man whose opinion is to make this world a better place and pave the way for the generations to come. 

The truth is that we have set new means of working.

Now we have one tractor that we use to cultivate the cattles' food and ne cow milking machine which is looking an achievement in our community. 

So, as we daily progress, give solutions to community's problems like hunger, joblessness and electricity. 

I believe everything is going as we planned. 

For the next year, it will be an awesome moment because I am looking forward to having around 100 cattles in my farm where we will be able to satisfy all southern province's market in terms of milk, cheese and meat. 

In the next 5 years, we have a plan of accessing Eastern Africa markets, and exporting to abroad like US and Asia according to demand.

Our strategy now is to emphasize on modern technology and modern cows that can improve our daily output.

We're now outputting 100 littles of milk daily and we want to increase it to 500 littles.

We will achieve this by increasing farm capacity and cows feeding technology foodstuffs.

Our goals are to make sure every single person in our community has the basic needs at the right time, and cheaper. (Electricity, Education, Job, Affordable  housing and Good nutrition)

We will achieve this by increasing our innovation level where we can introduce new technology as it's in our plans. 

We do measuring our progress by identifying how strong steps we have taken so far and our work is speaking itself. 

Firstly, when you have a proper plan and understanding of what you do, then you will be able to find out how you have to make changes on community's lives by providing solutions to the society. 

For example, Livestock and Dairy Products Farm is now giving job opportunities to 10 youths and 5 women and we are looking forward to increasing the number as we expand our activities. 

30 homes are using our biogas electricity.

Our diary outputs are helping children in their growing and good health. 

Government is earning revenue from taxation. 

what we actually do is to use the affordable technology like milking machines and biogas electricity so that our community can also benefit from what we do.

It's an amazing thing to see neighbors using our electricity at almost zero price just because of my Livestock and Dairy Products Farm project. 

We do work as team because I have set the framework of our plans. 

Everyone of us knows what it means to achieve daily target and none of our team members isn't aware of the greatness of good work. 

Hardworking and professionalism is our character in this work, discipline is the best way to make it possible. 

At the end of the day, we are all equally excited about what we have done as maintain oness with strong unity as we learn daily.

No one is left out and everyone's idea is valued.

That's where our secret lies.

Humbleness and meekness are the key pillars of every disciplined person that should be given to the community and society in general. 

So, I always stand tall because of them(humbleness  and meekness)

Firstly, I normally have to consider what will change my community's  life by providing a sustainable solution.

Once society is easily getting all basic needs and for long term, then from there I'll have to also implement some productive projects such as vocational training education, healthcare and infrastructural development programs. 

So far, no grant I ever received but as volunteer whose interest is to change the society's life and touching lives of those who have are still struggling to make it through, I have a tremendous record of achievements in terms of social economic activities and gender equality. 

Livestock and Dairy products is one of our business that earns more revenue and had an excellent impact on our community by providing more job opportunities, foods, taxes to government and so on. 

However, I have been working tirelessly to sensiblize the betterment of our plans by teaching women how to involve in our daily activities.
