Case Future
According to a report by McKinsey, approximately 375 million workers (14% of the global workforce) may need to change their occupational categories due to automation and artificial intelligence. There is a growing skills gap in the workforce as the demand for certain skills outpaces their availability. Additionally, limited access to experienced mentors and inadequate career guidance can make it difficult for learners to find the right career path.
Case Future aims to tackle the growing skills gap in the workforce and the lack of experienced mentors and career guidance for learners. By connecting learners, mentors, and schools through a comprehensive platform, learners can find the right career path and access experienced mentors. The platform offers interest-based courses, 1:1 meeting scheduling, and tracking of stats, addressing the challenges faced by learners, mentors, and schools. Additionally, Case Future provides a personalized experience for each user, based on their past behavior, topic of conversation, and past learning experience, providing actionable steps for parents and educators to support the student's learning journey.
Here are the impacts we serve to have a better world.
- Empowering learners to take control of their career development and achieve their full potential
- Helping mentors make a meaningful impact on the lives and careers of their mentees
- Bridging the skills gap in the workforce and providing access to in-demand skills training
- Improving student outcomes by providing personalized coaching and support to parents and teachers
- Supporting schools in achieving their educational goals through effective mentorship and training programs.
We serve learners, mentors, students, teachers, schools, and parents. The solution impacts their lives in several ways, including:
- Providing personalized education/training for both parents and teachers depending on who they are, who the student is, how they have behaved in the past, what the topic of conversation is between teachers and parents, what’s been learned in the classroom, and past behaviors.
- Offering a two-way translated communication platform, which connects parents with their students’ teachers and with each other, allowing them to build trusting, respectful relationships through effective communication, without language, tech, or cultural barriers.
- Providing coaching for educators and parents within the platform, when it is actionable. For example, a parent can start communicating in their own languages with their child’s teacher through the mobile app or SMS. TalkingPoints then suggests to the parent what actionable steps they can take to help the child.
- Empowering educators through in-product nudges and coaching modules that help them work with parents and students.
- Educating parents on how best to help the children both at home with their learning and how best to engage with their children based on personalized content and chatbot-like experience.
Overall, Case Future's solution helps bridge the skills gap in the workforce, improves student outcomes, and fosters positive relationships between parents, students, and teachers.

Our revenue model will be primarily based on charging a subscription fee for our services to schools, education institutions, and other organizations that serve students. We may also explore additional revenue streams, such as partnerships with companies that offer educational products or services. However, our priority is to ensure that our services remain accessible and affordable to users from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Therefore, we may offer financial aid or subsidies to users who cannot afford our services.
- Organizations (B2B)
We plan to become financially sustainable by offering our platform to schools and educational institutions through a subscription-based model. We will also explore potential partnerships with organizations aligned with our mission to support our financial sustainability further. Additionally, we plan to seek grant opportunities and venture funding to accelerate our growth and expand our impact.
