The main idea is to promote urban agriculture through training and counseling of housewives, creating a family farming network that they produce in their own home in a metropolitan area, reducing the unemployment rate of women and creating a resilient and productive system for the climatic change.
We expect to empower the women by giving them the opportunity to make their own money and learn about a sustainable system, we want to reduce the organic waste by using them as compost for the crop, the plastic waste like bottle or pipes to plant in case the family doesn't have space and make green roof for those who have a solid roof and have no space on the floor. After 2 years, the expectation is that these women would be able to participate in installing the same systems for a new group of families. So the rate of agricultural production will be improved in the country, it will be easier for those women to feed their children and environmentally it will reduce the CO2 and the city will be green.
In recent years, many natural disasters have hit hard, leaving countries in a critical state when of the population is in extreme poverty and the population is unemployed or underemployed.
their is a lot of alphabet women, so it's affecting their personal and professional development, thus preventing their development in society. For these reasons, all women in such situations are engaged in trade or just stay at home.
The solution is to create resilient adaptation systems to the effects of climate change, to strengthen agricultural production and empower women in the metropolitan areas.

It's resolving a problem that many people don't think, must of those women have family and have always live with the smallest meal they have, but they can also produce it.
In every poor country there is the local migration, people think in the capital they will have better life and they create urbanization. They build small houses, and live. They stop working on the farm and the national economy goes down. those people being in the capital can also produce.
women who didn't have opportunity to go to school need to be involved in the society.
The technology can be apply also in big cities. To make sure the technology is useful we will do a pilot plan when we are involving all the selected women, we will start with them by a meeting explaining why the program and if they really want to participate to get involved and sing to be part.
they have to make positive impacte in their community, and invite more people so the network will be bigger and impact more life.
In some community there is someone leading, that person can help for the selection if the women.
Those system will be model for any one, any age and any gender to replicate when ever they want.

on of the limitation is that the women are not motivated to work, they cannot have enough time to take care if their families. But we will do seminary with them, let them involved in the process and encourage them to do their work with their family. To start the home garden anyone in the program can go to see how it's work and help to built it.

We are applying in that challenge because we believe Solve is one of the best way to find partnership in all over the world.
We want to be heard, and make change by our productive system model. we want to empower women around the world and be part of that community of change maker.
We don't have any partner currently, but we expect that we will have international partner including in the countries that we want to make the pilots system to make it easier to share that urban agriculture system around the world.
Our biggest competitor is the international companies that export in the small countries.
