Ubuntu Youth Impact CAR

La République centrafricaine est un pays d'environ 6000000 habitants. Ce pays est un pays sous-développé situé au centre de l'Afrique. Le pays est un pays le plus jeune par sa démographie les jeunes représentent plus de 60% de sa population.

Le pays est pauvre car plus de la moitié pour cent de sa population vit dans la pauvreté.

Comme nous le savons à l'époque de l'information où les gens pouvaient apprendre et grandir avec les opportunités qu'offre Internet, les Centrafricains n'ont pas accès à beaucoup d'opportunités en raison du taux d'accès à Internet qui ne représente que 10% de la connectivité.

UYI aim to amplify Youth impact, giving young mothers opportunity to have means of living, training Kids with basic Knowledges.

At UYI we giving youth an opportunity to learn through many training platform in order to act civicly to drive change in their community, we are using Internet, workshop, physical training, debate, design and critical thinking to help young people growth as agent of change in their community by using their own idea and potentiality.

We are working with young mother to overcome lack and poverty by setting up our green food program in which we should produce vegetables foods to sell and make a shareble profits.

And we are volunteering accross the country every holidays to provide basical training to vulnerables kids in Mathematics, Reading and Writting for free.

Pour les jeunes en RCA qui ont besoin d'une plate-forme pour apprendre et s'engager pour avoir un impact positif sur leurs communautés, UYI est une plate-forme dirigée par des jeunes qui a pour objectif d'avoir un impact sur les jeunes, les enfants et les jeunes mères célibataires.

Contrairement à Yali Centrafrique ou U-report Centrafrique et autres, UYI propose une large gamme de formations, de services d'engagement des jeunes et d'opportunités.

Our team is composed by Young volunteers from all background, young leaders in community  bachelor degrees and social change makers who received training from institutions world wide.

We all worked with Youth, in different spheres, our team team is young composed by 75% of female, worked in the development of pilot project Such as the Ubuntu Kids Center in which we did three months of 2022 holidays to train kids with basic knowlodges from where we discover lot of needs of kids and Single young mother, and by experiences as Youth we are we also know what are the need of young people to drive change.

To make our solution a reality we need support in funding, Coaching and others valuable support that could help us growth as organization that could lead and amplify really impact in our country.

That is why we are applying to solve.

We design our Social business to reach Young people by blending Internet technologies and human skills to provide quality training and mentoring to Young leaders to become volunteers, and social entrepreneurs change makers, after their program with us they will conduct volunteers activities to train Single Young mothers and kids with the skills they gained from us. That what makes our solution Innovative because we train and mentored young leaders changemakers and giving them tools and opportunities to act while empowering themselves.

In the next one year we aim to empowers and impact the life of 50 Young Changemakers,100 Single Young mothers and 200 vulnerables kids.

And by the next five years we aim to be present in five biggest provences of the Country.

To achieve that goals we are going to be more productive in the respect of the philosophy which drive our ambition "Ubuntu" working with local partners and International partners.

We are going to measuring our progress impact by using the KPIs that we set.

The numbers of impact made on Single young mothers and the number of impact made on the vulnerables kids.

Impact: Empowering young people to drive change by creating impact values on Single Young mothers and vulnerables kids over the Country.

Input : Trainers, Mentors, Peace first platform, Social Shifters, platform, Philantrophy University, 3Zclub and others.

Output: 50 Young leaders empowered and tooled.

Outcome: 100 Single Young mothers received training in social business, have mentored and supported to run social business.

Outcome: 200 vulnerables kids received skills enhancement in basic (English, French and Mathematics).

Internet and Human resources are the two core technologies that powers our solution, we are using Internet to provide wide range learning opportunities to our leaders and human resources to inspire and motivate them to build their skills.

Pour rendre notre organisation durable, nous travaillerons avec notre équipe et les jeunes mères célibataires pour créer des jardins potagers alimentaires dans lesquels nous vendrons le produit et partagerons les bénéfices, nous aurons 5% de la subvention ou conscient en terme de fonds dans les entrepreneurs sociaux que nous avons coachés et encadrés, et nous allons collecter des fonds auprès de donateurs et d'autres sources.
