1.Technology has brought us closer than ever before,but we all know that somewhere we are detached from the physical world.The problem is lack of community involvement in development phenomena affect the social,political and cultural fabric of the society.
2.My solution is to create a platform that will encourage the local changemakers to come forward and take part in the development phenomena.This will help in creating more enthusiast that will come together to build a strong community of changemakers.People will use the platform to form small groups that will work for the betterment of that community.
3.This platform can be used in every corner of the world.people need to take matters into their own hand andalso work alongside government to make development phenomena more possibles specially in third world countries.
1.Taking up the challenges to run/grow the community is easy, but to actually continue the pace/dedication/motivation to do so is the most difficult part.
2.Getting people to engage with each other through a good content and fire up discussions is an ice-breaker.
3.There is a need to concentrate on the interactions between community members for its growth and strengthening.
4.A good dedicated team is required to run any community where tasks can be delegated to multiple resources.
5.Another problem is to find a way to monetize the community.
6.While adding new members, one challenge is to find relevant people with interests that align with the community.
My application will serve both the urban and the rural people.The people who are interested in bringing about change on the grassroot level of development are my major target.

Currently we are working offline and we are successful in gathering almost 15-20 people who are working towards educating the underprivileged kids living near the society.
They are doing their bit in order to bring about a change in the society.
Even donating books ,medicine and clothes are a step toward sa stronger community.
Small health checkups with the help of society doctor,we are working to make society a better place to live in
Our next goal is to make our app grow and reach out to other people around the world so that we can make better world.Growing this app and also interconnecting these change makers in order to help each other and make it even a stronger community.And also allowing government to help them.
Low technical knowledge and expertise is a major issue.As well as we are working on charity and savings so funding is also what we seek.
And getting on to a global level and getting recongnized by such a prestigious university like MIT .The headstart would be wonderful.The promotion by MIT would let us get a better place in the society and help us get accepted.
First we will try to get help through this challenge .If this doesn't work we will reach out to people who can offer us support in carrying out this endevour.

The name of our organisation is incircle.We work as a team to provide design solutions to different strata of the society.We believe that working on the grassroot level of the society will bring changes and development faster and more efficiently.
Incircle is a design studio that work in the field of architecture and urban designing. We have talented professional from different field who are working in making the development process more efficient.
My team consist of 3 permanent members and 5 volunteers and interns.

We work under Incircle-An architecture firm,currently operational in india.Incircle provides us with space and resources required for carrying out our work at HYPERLOCAL.
Hyper local is a baby project of Incircle.
We are meanwhile working along with Bucket List-A New Delhi,India based NGO to help underprivileged children go to school.And help them in fulfilling their dream.Which will indirectly have a domino effect on the society.
We are working on a social problem but money is also needed for sustenance,so in order to get revenue we have decided to include advertisement of local neighborhood shops and stores, and also startups .This will increase their visibility in that area and also the money we get will used for functioning and maintenance of the technology.
