Continuing medical education(medical net e-learning platform) 

The big problem I have seen many students, interns and some staffs they make calls to the specialists, physician and doctors of specific departments asking the management of diseases how to perform some procedures how to collect samples, which tubes is used to draw blood sample,

 This tells that there some gap in getting information quickly at any place at any time, so this platform will help all health care providers to become more competent and it simplify the search of knowledge.

 Also most of students after they graduate they forget what they have learned by using this it will help all graduates to update their knowledge (to keep them updated)

Making calls to specialists, physicians and registered doctors it's not a bad things but by using this platform students, interns and health care providers they can get quick answers for specific management of diseases and other issues,

Hence students, interns and health care providers they can be more competent through E-learning in various information basically on health care services.

 Also during Covid-19 many schools were closed in order to prevent the spread of the pandemic, during this season many students were not able to learn, after schools re-opened and national examinations took place after lockdown completed, due to pandemic online learning has become popular.

E-learning has taken the world by storm ever since the pandemic took place, but how far has it changed the world? Recent studies reveal that over 70% of students in the United States wish to learn through online means even after the pandemic has long gone. Medical net is a streaming library that offers medical lectures and other courses, by using this platform students and healthcare professionals they can learn anytime anywhere

Our main activity is to ensure quality learning opportunity, by continuing providing knowledge outside of the classroom and after graduate through (E-Learning platform)

How it works

• First you must have a smartphone for watching medical net (active internet)

• Select 7 day free/Sign up/create an account
• Select your subscription, after selection of plan user can start watching video, but only can watch video for two minutes
• Make payment to watch the entire video>enter payment details, after user make payment now his/her can watch the entire video
• If the package expired user should activate his/her account firstly sign in by using email that were used during sign up>settings>select subscription info>activate plan>select plan/package>subscribe>fill person details>choose

payment method>select country>select either you want to pay via M-pesa, Airtel-Money, Tigo pesa>approve term and condition and lastly click on pay via mobile.

we talk with them asking what areas they are not competent, also we understand through observation we observe which areas they are not competent thus why we created this platform so that they can learn anytime to the areas which they are not competent also we talked to them telling the idea and many said its a nice platform it will be helpful for them

I am facing with financial difficulties to solve the solution because in order to solve the slution it needs production of videos and these videos need money to produce, so if we can get grants support it will help us to produce more contents

i hope solve mit can help us to overcome the challenge we are facing by connecting us with investors, partners, donors so that we can get grants

current we have only 81 videos in our website/app

My solution is innovative because i use animation videos and texts to create videos, as now learning visually is growing in many countries and learning visually is best than text alone 

Many e-learning platform they use text alone but my platform use both animation videos as well as texts

goals in next year and the next five years i would like to achieve my target of having more than 500 courses

To have 10,000 videos both in website and app

To reach 200 rural schools and 100 collages that are found in cities

To have 100,000 subscribers

To have excellent studio for video production

All the above should be achieved by working hard, receiving option from customers, delegation of tasks, communication, time managements, getting support from NGOs, partners, investors, donors.

I will measure the progress of my goals by

To keep a record to have recorded all of my actions in a journal or Excel sheet

To assess my evidence to break my commitments

To create a checklist in order to simplify my tasks

Medical net 

Medical net is a subscription streaming library that offers medical lectures and other courses, by using this platform students and healthcare professionals they can learn anytime anywhere.

The service we are providing is Education service that are in form of E-learning platform, 

beneficiary are health care workers, medical students, secondary school students and other collages that are not providing medical courses

We provide the service through Subscription package

• 3 Monthly subscription ( TZ 5,000 per 3months)
• 6 Monthly subscription ( TZ 8,000 per 6months)
• Yearly subscription ( TZ 11,000 per 1year)

The price are low price because most of our students are from low income families so i think students/customer they will benefit with the services

Students need this services because it will help them to learn anytime anywhere, after normal classes and after collage life, also it will help to update their knowledge, it will teach also some skills.

Currently i am using my little salary to fund my work but this has been a big  challenge to me because i am from poor family my mother, young brother, sister's son all they depends on me to provide basic needs to them so its difficult for my project to move forward

I will bring money in my project/work by looking/finding NGOs, companies, investors and partners who will help me to support grants or donation for my work/project 

Also through solve Mit if God wishes to be a winner i can use the grants to run my work/project by producing more videos and promoting the website and app

Solve mit i would also to connect me to NGOs, companies, investors and partners.

My plan to become financial sustainability is once i reach a goal of producing more content videos i will have more subscribers this subscribers will give me a lot of money and  i will use the money to run the project without depending grants from other supporters

Currently we haven't achieved financial sustainability, also we haven't received any grants

But we got revenue/earned some money in year of 2020,2021,2022, and 2023

its a little revenue because we didn't promote our website and this because of financial difficulties and we are still not promoting because of financial difficulties 

i have tried my level best to design the website and app by using my own capital but currently i have financial difficulties thus why we are looking for support

but here in our country we don't have a platform like many platform are not designed well also they use text alone while our platform use videos as well as texts.

here is a summary of what we have earned

In 2020 we had one customer that selected 3 monthly subscription medical net earned TZS 5,000 or around $2 NOTE the website were not promoted Website visitors Oct-Dec total visitors 823

In 2021 we had 8 customers the company earned 40,000 around $15 TZS and the website promoted but not much, website visitors 3,265 for the whole year. 

In 2022 we had two customers’ one selected 3 monthly subscription and second customer selected 6 monthly subscription, we earned TZS 13,000 around $6 website visitors Jan-Nov total visitors 1,230

In 2023 we had three customer that selected 3 monthly subscription medical net earned TZS 15,000 or around $7

Once we will be able to produce many videos/lectures the revenue will increase and we can get more subscribers
