Metal-Free Dental Implants to improve Health to humanity
Titanium dental implants are commonly used to address edentulism because they are relatively low cost. Even so, a single implant costs between one and three thousand US dollars. However, recent research indicates that titanium can have negative health effects. These implants also have an unnatural appearance and making them can pollute the environment. This is why roughly 80% of patients would actually prefer non-titanium implants.
Globally, 99.7% of dental implants are metallic and recent scientific papers demonstrate that the release of metallic particles in the bloodstream predispose to certain critical diseases. https://link.springer.com/arti... . Also, there is a potential threat, considering the electromagnetism generated between cell phones and 4/5G internet. Is important to understand that the Industrial method to produce the metal implants contaminates the environment.
Actually, only 5% of toothless people in the world access to dental implants, leaving aside more than 500 MM people that actually cannot access, generating side effects to individuals and groups that don't, with trillions of dollars in public spending, that could be reconverted.
MABB consists in a triple impact global company, actually producing metal-free dental implants based on a modern nanobioceramic called Zirconia Yttria, designed for digital work-flow and using a 100% eco-friendly technology.
In addition to bringing to market a superior dental implant, we are committed to a triple impact mission:
1. Affordability. Our price point will make our implants accessible to most patients while still preserving solid profit margins.
2. Social Impact. We will direct 10% of our profits to work with NGOs to make our implants available to low-income customers.
3. Environmentally safe. We will continue to improve our already environmentally friendly production process to achieve our goal of zero environmental impact.
We are pursuing a global breakthrough in oral implantology as a first stage and moving forward to general health, for the well being of every human being and the planet. That is why, as a next step, we are projecting a new generation of implants with nano-sensors, to be placed by public and private health systems, that combined with a A.I. block-chain health platform, will let everyone get access to health systems, minimizing costs, need of energy and pollution.
In short, at MABB we believe we have the Product, the Purpose, and the People to improve the quality of life for everybody.
Take a moment to imagine what life would be like if you had no teeth. Your self esteem would change drastically. It would affect your ability to eat. It would change how you speak and socialize. So not only your physical health, but your emotional health would be impacted. Globally, more than 10% of people aged 50 or older suffer from total toothlessness.
The incidence of this condition has grown significantly in Low and Middle Income Countries so as life expectancy increases, so will the social and economic burden caused by edentulism. For those unlucky many who WILL lose their teeth, their quality of life will suffer even as they live longer lives.
My name is Daniel Miguez, CEO of MABB. For over 15 years, our team of engineers and designers have developed a better, cheaper, and less environmentally damaging alternative to titanium dental implants. We now have the proprietary technology AND an environmentally-friendly factory to produce the first metal-free, nano-ceramic dental implants on a large scale. Already approved to be used in Argentina by the ANMAT, and in few months by the FDA, to be used in the USA, following by ANVISA (Brazil) and CE (Europe).
This enables us to deliver a superior dental implant at a very competitive price. Starting in Argentina and Brazil, whose dental professionals are among the most advanced in the region, we aim to generate revenues in Latin America in the next two years. This is a stepping stone to the USA and Europe and subsequently capturing a first phase of market penetration of the global market and with 10% of the profit we are going to start a Social campaign to access to vulnerability communities.
- Enable continuity of care, particularly around primary health, complex or chronic diseases, and mental health and well-being.

In this link we explain in this regard:
Our goal is to serve 2% of underserved communities in the USA, Brazil and Argentina in the next year, and 10% in the next 5 years.
We are going to canalize 10% of profits to social and environmental triple impact plans.

By following this theory of change, MABB aims to address the problem of underserved toothless people worldwide by providing them with innovative and biocompatible dental restorations through MABB technology.
MABB's Core Technology and Future Project:
MABB's core technology, as described previously, revolves around the development and utilization of a proprietary bioactive material and 100% eco-friendy CIM technology (www.mabbiomaterial.com) for advanced dental restorations (metal-free dental implants). However, MABB envisions expanding its capabilities in a future project to incorporate additional advancements for better and integral health of individuals
In this future project, MABB plans to integrate nanosensors into their dental restorations. These nanosensors would have the ability to sense and collect biological data, providing valuable insights into an individual's oral health and overall well-being. By continuously monitoring parameters such as pH levels, temperature, or specific biomarkers, the nanosensors could generate real-time data for preventive healthcare measures.
To ensure the secure management and utilization of this biodata, MABB intends to leverage X-ROAD blockchain technologies. By integrating with the blockchain, MABB aims to establish a transparent and decentralized system for data storage, sharing, and analysis. This integration would enable the creation of bio-tokens, a digital currency that represents the value of the collected biodata.
Through the use of bio-tokens, individuals who contribute their biodata would have control over its usage and be able to benefit from it. The bio-tokens could be exchanged for various health-related services, incentives, or research collaborations. This approach empowers individuals to actively participate in their healthcare, while their biodata remains protected and under their ownership.
The integration of nanosensors, X-ROAD blockchain technologies, and bio-tokens demonstrates MABB's commitment to advancing not only dental health but also overall health and well-being. By harnessing the power of data and cutting-edge technologies, MABB envisions a future where preventive healthcare measures can be tailored to individual needs, leading to better health outcomes and a more comprehensive approach to overall wellness.
Please note that the future project described here is a hypothetical scenario, and its implementation would require further research, development, and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
