NeuralVillage Academy
The government’s primary focus is not a lack of educational neuroscience research and development meanwhile, exposure to factors that cause neurological disorders and diseases, such as poor environmental conditions and lack of urban planning, demographic transition, cultural and religious conflicts, malnutrition, and pollution is becoming a generational issue that must be addressed immediately. Neurological disorders and diseases are becoming more common, particularly in Africa. People living with neurological diseases in Nigeria, particularly in underserved communities, have a difficult time receiving quality neurological treatment because they have no access to Neurotechnology devices and complex solutions for people suffering from neurological diseases, resulting in a high mortality rate. Due to the inadequate data on neurological disease cases, hospitals and doctors must spend a significant amount of money to seek assistance from other countries.
- EDUCATION – The NeuralVillage Academy is a game-changing education that teaches neuroscience concepts to students of age 5-18 in underdeveloped villages throughout Nigeria. We provide technology to African students in order for them to have access to not only our course but the entire digital health world.
- R&D – The NeuralVillage Lab - We also conduct biotechnology and neuroscience research, hosting seminars in collaboration with government and private health agencies, schools (Secondary and high institutions), and individuals, to create awareness and assist in the provision of emergency medical response, low-cost neurological treatment such as Alzheimer's disease, stroke, spinal cord injury, autism, and other conditions.
The Neuralvillage Academy: A neuroscience education program that bridges the gap between persons suffering from neurological illnesses, students, and research institutes. We are giving scholarship opportunities for young people from underserved communities to get a high-quality education and pursue professions in neuroscience.
NeuralVillage gives technology to students in Africa, giving them access to not only our course but the entire digital world. We partner with our sister organization based in the United States, Carolina Neuroscience, to connect students from Africa and the US on one common learning platform. A ground-breaking academy that teaches fundamental neuroscience concepts to kids and teachers of all ages in underserved communities in Nigeria. Africa can thrive and advance while also bridging the neurological divide, which demands competent technology leadership. Women, youth, and children are encouraged to study in a friendly environment to learn about neuroscience technology and Africa's socioeconomic problems from a pure scholarly academy.
We are a diverse team of passionate and professional individuals that are creating a healthier society for neuroscience to thrive. Our products and services are driven by advocating for healthy urbanization and strengthening urban and local communities for neuroscience, genetics, and medical technology usage that would help everyone live happily. We have offered scholarships to 10 primary school pupils who have a family member suffering from neurological disease as this is to bridge the gap between education, clinics, and businesses, we partner with our sister organization in the United States, Carolina Neuroscience, to bring students from Africa and the United States together on a single learning platform. NeuralVillage is incorporated in Nigeria as LLC in 2022.

We are applying to Solve because we want to meet other innovators who are doing amazing things and also to strengthen us reach out to neighboring communities in Nigeria. We believe in diversity and Solve is a place for us to connect with people from different fields who might help us boost or reach our goal at NeuralVillage. This can be mentorship, seminars, Summit, etc.
- We will require resources such as partnerships, and materials to facilitate practical study classes. In 2023 we would want to have signed MOU with more schools specifically universities.
- In 2027 years, we would have signed MOU with 30 schools to provide NeuralVillage Academy services. Five (5) international universities, five (5) National Universities in Nigeria, Ten (10) local primary schools in North-Central Nigeria, and Ten (10) Secondary Schools in North-East Nigeria.
