Recently, the Automotive industry, is having a harder time attracting skilled and competent labor.
- Workforce with OEMs has decreased approximately 17% since 2018.
- Recently, GM has laid off 15% of their employees in 2018 and are still laying off employees. This resulted in the shutdown of 5 GM plants in North America.
- Ineffective or non-existent training plans with no professional advancement plans cause anxieties, stress, frustration, lack of creativity, and many more negative emotions in the current work force.

With the automotive industry supplying so many jobs in the Metro Detroit area, we are focusing on people who are currently employed, displaced, or laid off from the The Big Three automakers.
In recent years, American manufacturing has declined, and many workers of manufacturing facilities have become displaced. There is a need, but there is also a lack of elite training programs such as The Elevation Group.

We help our clients discover systemic or local risk, help all stakeholders and associates resolve discovered risk from a systemic approach. We also work to help implement usable work instructions, procedure, and processes into all needed teams and departments. Ascribe software was developed to fill in the gaps with Supplier project planning, project execution and connectivity.
Consistently, there are delays in program launches due lack of control over suppliers, lack of standardized processes, and poor planning methodologies.
Ascribe will address challenges such as:
Ascribe ERP is a non-responsive, web-based ERP System which provides an integrated source of information to manage all business processes for a Program launch ordinary expenses in scrap & labor due to inefficient training.
Each Ascribe Customer on-boarding post the development of the ERP is beyond the scope of this Phase.
For UAT purposes we will create 3 mock Customer Deployments as part of this phase.

The current barriers we faces are:
- Getting the decision makers of The Big Three Automakers to see the importance of a partnership with our organization. We are incredible passionate about our why, we just need the decision makers to see that.
- Finding a location in Detroit, MI that will fulfill our facility needs.
- Timing to execute this plan is a factor.
- While we are still awaiting that first confirmed contract, we have only been working part time to get Quality Resolution Systems the attention it deserves.
We plan to overcome our barriers by:
- We are convinced our methodologies will work, so we don't plan on stopping with communication, blogs, press releases, sales pitches, etc. to get the Big Three Automakers to see the importance of a partnership with Quality Resolution Systems for the future benefit of their company.
- We want to keep things in the heart of Detroit, but we are willing to make accommodations to the Metro-Detroit area. We currently have a highly-potential facility in Hazel Park, MI that will meet our needs.
- Not listening to employees has a direct effect on the quality of the product i.e. recalls. This can be changed by use continuing to bring attention to the systemic weaknesses and offering our solutions.
- We plan to use reputable consultants to help us set up everything on the back end, our facility, and staff to ensure this plan is not only executed properly, but in a timely and efficient manner.
