With the rise in popularity and acceptance of Democracy into the modern world , low voter turnouts are still a huge problem among other problems faced by Democracies.

We intend to solve this problem through a simple mobile application that brings the citizens closer to these problems and their solutions.

We provide a platform to all citizens on which they can review and suggest changes to bills and laws. A forum is also provided that hunts for solutions or problems within democracy faced by the citizens. Best ones are featured and sent to concerned authorities.

To ensure maximum voting , we plan to have tie-ups with outlets like KFC or MacDonalds , to give out coupons to every voter.

We thus aim for social inclusion of citizens into political matters with the help of technology.

Our solution aims to put an end to low voter turnouts and the minimal interest and inclusion of citizens in their countries everyday affairs.

We aim to achieve this in all the Democracies of the world. Any citizen with a mobile can download our application. The citizen will be able to closely participate in the political affairs of their country and enjoy it at the same time.

Mobile phones , as we all know , have become an important part of everyone's life. Everyone enjoys using them. Participating in social and political matters can prove to be laborous. We make this participation easy and enjoyable by interfacing politics into technology.

We aim to launch our application in all democracies throughout the world. Every citizen , more than 18 years of age will be able to login in our app. Every citizen will be able to review the laws , bills and amendments. They will be able to comment , suggest changes , and even suggest new laws.

These will be reviewed by a team and the best and most popular ones will be featured and sent to concerned authorities for further action.

Thus , citizens work together in a friendly and enjoyable environment to uplift themselves.

We allow only citizens of age more than 18 to login using unique credentials of that country(For example , Pan card no. in India).

We conduct Polls related to everyday social and political affairs of that country or that region. The results of these are analysed and shared with concerned authorities.

We have a forum in which citizens can post their problems which will be forwarded to concerned authorities. They can also suggest new laws or changes to bills. Most popular ones will be featured and made popular throughout the country.

We also have a group chat where citizens of an area can discuss any social or political affairs of their region and hopefully come up with a solution.

We use basic and everyday features that everyone uses , like a mobile , a chat application , a forum and simple polls.

We interleaved our solution with the above technical features and came up with our mobile application 'Communitized'.

This makes the front end very easy and simple to use which is required for every citizen.

The algorithms and processes running at the back end, that determine popularities of posts and select the best ones, are complex and very reliable as they have been tested by us to the core.

Overall we , use simple mobile technology to provide a simple platform to citizens to solve the everyday complex problems.

Our application is currently run on Android . So the technologies we use are very simple and can be understood by every common man.

We use Android as our platform. Java language coupled with some XML is used for designing the application. We use firebase to handle our API calls and for static as well as real-time database.

With our application , citizens interact with each other as well as with their governments by suggesting changes , solving or suggesting new problems faced by the democracy.

A team will work on the best solutions as well as the problems and forward them to higer authorities to make sure that they get noticed and solved eventually.

Currently we are testing our application and adding new features. We have about 10-15 testers.

In a year we aim to serve in atleast 5 of the above mentioned countries.

In 5 years we aim to operate in almost all the Democratic countries in the world.

We aim to be recognised as a key and most popular application in our area of operation, in an year.

We aim to be recognised as chief problem solvers and helpers to the citizens of the world in 5 years.

We aim to grow as a brand and continue providing solutions to everyone through new technologies and innovations.

We face economic barriers currently.

We need money for APIs like login credentials and also for maintaining database.

We might face barriers like less participation of people of different countries in our application. 

We are working on making our app friendly for people from all countries by adding multiple languages and introducing new , interesting features.

We are working on improving our pitch to attract more investors to our idea , so as to overcome economic problems.

Currently we are a team of only 7 people working together to develop this app.

We also have 10 - 15 testers throughout the country to test our app to find bugs and suggest changes.

Everyone in our team has varied skills. We are like a rainbow.

Some people are skilled in technical stuff , while some are skilled in Marketing and some can the deliver best pitches and some are really good motivators.

Everyone in our team is capable of being in this team and supporting to every other team member.

We aim to partner with brands like KFC, MacDonalds , Keventers and other such companies , so as to provide incentives to people on voting , which would increase voter turnouts.

We aim to impact the social and political affairs of all citizen throught the participation of citizen.

We aim to raise funds through in-app purchases that include special stickers and emojis.

We also wish to grow as a brand and start selling our merchandise like t-shirt , designer cups ...etc.

We also plan to feature ventures that partner with us in a special feature column in our app and raise more funds.

Our primary funds will come from the users who buy stickers and emojis.

Once we build ourselves as a brand , we plan to generate funds through merchandise.

We also plan to raise funds by partnering with ventures.

Solve is a very good platform for new innovations and ideas like ours to grab attention of investors towards our product.

We plan to do the same. We also plan to improve upon our product throught the feedback of solve judges and other people.

We would like to partner with MacDonalds , KFC , Keventers , Burger King and other such brands that would love to partner with us to make a difference.

We would like to give the citizen coupons and discounts for specific activities like voting , solving an issue among others.
