TQHealth / TQEverywhere
The world is facing an unprecedented mental health crisis that is impacting upwards of 2 Billion or more people globally. The problem does not seem to be abating any time soon and appears to be getting worse.
The problem is exacerbated by a shortage in quality care and there are very few tools to provide decision support to the care that is available.
The issue is even worse in economically challenged communities and the need for resources to provide adequate mental health care is at crisis levels.
TQIntelligence’s technology leverages one’s natural voice to assess, triage and monitor one’s mental health. In seconds a clinical or integration partner can assess, triage and then monitor one’s mental health. The technology can go as far as developing a clinical note which saves massive time allowing providers to provide more care to more people. The TQEverywhere product can be integrated into provider websites to triage mental health care, hospitals for patient screening and doctor and nurse mental health screening and a range of other integrated workflows.
As of today the product is deployed into multiple community behavioral health organizations focused on economically challenged communities. This will remain a focus but the product can be used in any number of settings where mental health is a challenge which today is expanding dramatically.
The founder and CEO Dr. Alemu has led numerous community behavioral health organizations and understands the population from this work. I’m addition the rest of the team are seasoned business, technology and clinical leaders.

- Growth: An organization with an established product, service, or business model that is rolled out in one or more communities
We currently have served upwards of 8,000 people.
We are ready to scale this product but we need capital to help grow the commercialization and support team. We also will continue to look for support in connections to healthcare organizations who can leverage the solution.
- Financial (e.g. accounting practices, pitching to investors)
- Product / Service Distribution (e.g. delivery, logistics, expanding client base)
TQIntelligence developed a technology that can be easily deployed and is effective in providing a rapid assessment of one’s mental health. From here the solution can help triage care based on the severity of the findings and then provide clinical documentation and ongoing monitoring and outcome based measurement of the individual.
We are looking to make significant impact on the mental health crisis. We help to facilitate quality care that is quite scalable. So we expect we can have impact of 100,000s of thousands of individuals over the next year and millions over 5 years and beyond.

Lives improved over time will be the metric we want to measure to as we continue to scale.
There are limited decision support tools to help assess and triage mental health care especially in economically disadvantaged communities. Our technology changes that and provides a powerful, outcome based measurement solution to attack this problem head on.
A patented machine learning and AI model that can use 30-45 seconds of voice biomarkers to assess mental health.

We are NSF funded and have achieved an efficacy score of over 85 percent and this is continuing to improve. In many cases our score is better than that of the clinician.
