PinniWASTE needs to scale its operations to cities in Africa and worldwide currently facing technical, financial and cultural barriers to realise its full maximum potential.
Technically the system has to be scaled up in terms of development to swiftly be up and running 24/7.
Financially supporting technocrates educate/train residents and market the solution for usage, expand servers that host the program and avail it to communities withh customisation.
Solves to convice local governments to support PinniWASTE deployment to help solve identified environment concerns with cities' waste.

- Human Capital (e.g. sourcing talent, board development)
- Monitoring & Evaluation (e.g. collecting/using data, measuring impact)
- Product / Service Distribution (e.g. delivery, logistics, expanding client base)
- Technology (e.g. software or hardware, web development/design)
Whereas residents are willing and actually do pay for waste disposal, they do not have accountability for this activity in their everyday lives.
Some parts of the world like Asia and Africa, residential waste management is large a concern of women yet for corrective environmental conservation actions to take place, men should be concerned too about safe waste disposal.
The system grants green points for society members who observe good waste disposal practices which can be redeemed for other commodities from time to time.
Realise and notice Men actively engaged in waste management discussions in their homes.

Upon full Scalability of PinniWASTE, waste management companies/authorities will subscribe yearly for server space on the platform, the system receives payment for waste collections remitting it to the companies contracted to do so thus PinniWASTE retains a percentage of the collections for the system.
At the moment 2 domestic waste management companies have subscribed to PinniWASTE serving close to 4000 residences, 700 medical centres and 100 industries. this creates the need to scale up operations to accommodate all the 13million residences in metropolitan Kampala and 12more cities around the country.
