BuilddIng Inclusiv System for Development of Women Entrepren
As observations of recent years show, women in our country and the world are more interested in creating small businesses and self-employment. Today, one of the main problems hindering the development of women's entrepreneurship in the country is the low level of effectiveness of the women's business education system. In particular, due to the lack of a systematic approach to the way of life of women, their role in social life, and the national mentality, the provided business education does not give the expected results. Support is required to promote the development of women's entrepreneurship, increase the number of women among small and medium-sized entrepreneurs and create appropriate mechanisms. At present, the realization of the economic interests of women in rural areas requires more attention than in big cities. Today, international organizations also support this direction. The purpose of creating these groups of women entrepreneurs needs to be required to attract women in rural areas to business and ensure self-employment. In this regard, it can be emphasized that Azerbaijan has a huge reserve for the development of small businesses, provided that the economic potential of women is tapped. It is necessary to mention the index of female entrepreneurial activity. Large percentages of women believe that the transition to entrepreneurship will provide them with the opportunity to do what they really like. Speaking about the motivation of women entrepreneurs, two main goals can be distinguished - more earnings and the possibility of development - which, in their opinion, can be achieved by having their own business, and not being hired. Women’s obstacles in achieving their business goals are primarily related to finance. In conversation with us, representatives of rural women mentioned that they would like to participate in specialized training and education programs. Being engaged in entrepreneurship, women get greater access to financial and other resources necessary for business, influence decision-making, and develop and fulfill themselves. At the same time, income-generating activities contribute to strengthening the resilience of households, improving their living standards, allowing them to reach a new level of needs and needs, and developing a successful socially responsible women's business. Women's businesses can produce and process environmentally friendly products and contribute to ensuring the food and environmental security of the country. But, unfortunately, there are often women who face serious problems in business planning, effective use of credit funds, and capital management. Many of them find themselves in a difficult financial and psychological situation. To solve this problem, complex work is needed to organize an integral system with mandatory post-training support and practical support. This approach will ensure the effectiveness of the training system, serve as an important factor in creating new jobs, prevent unwanted social problems characteristic of women, particularly in the countryside, increase women's interest in life, and allow them to show their abilities.
Women's entrepreneurship today is the driver of economic growth in all countries. Meanwhile, the weaker sex in business is experiencing a number of gender inequality problems. But no matter how much a person risks, those who have very strong support from loved ones will become entrepreneurs. At least 56 percent of women experience some kind of fear. And within these fears, there are also psychological moments. Including fear of reports and taxes. Another fear of not finding money and funding for their projects. Women's entrepreneurship plays a very important role in the development of the economy.
The main tasks for today are to involve women in business, protect their rights, and expand opportunities.
To solve the problem, you need to open resource centers. Without training it is very difficult to continue the started work. An open business is possible, but to continue requires the ability to manage a started business. Entrepreneurship development is an integral part of the ongoing economic policy of all countries. It can be said that against the backdrop of the ongoing economic crisis in the world, the decisions taken in Azerbaijan in the field of entrepreneurship development have had a positive impact on the development of the economy in the country. All this, of course, creates favorable opportunities for the development of women's entrepreneurship in the country. Women entrepreneurs, as well as local community leaders, contribute to health, education, and the environment. But despite this, women in the world today still face social, economic, and financial problems. emphasized the positive results of joint projects. It should be noted that the economic strengthening of women, playing the role of a locomotive, creates opportunities for development and life in a safe world. It is very important, working shoulder to shoulder in this direction, to support the development of women's entrepreneurship. It is also a factor in the success of sustainable development. In order to further develop women's entrepreneurship, it is necessary to make efforts to increase the social activity of women, their employment, and encourage participation in economic and social life. As part of this project, we will implement educational programs for women entrepreneurs.
With the accumulation of significant potential and serious experience in the development of women's entrepreneurship, teaching methods have been mastered, taking into account the specifics and traditions of society, we have created a team of qualified domestic trainers, teachers, mentors, and experts. Most importantly, women will develop confidence in the curricula. Another important aspect - unlike all other organizations and structures, business training, seminars, and other training programs conducted by the Association will be accompanied by the provision of business consultations in the process of starting or already developing business activities, the search for partners, obtaining a loan, effective capital management, implementation manufactured products, as well as raising the spiritual level of women.
The target group of this project is representatives of aspiring entrepreneurs, young girls who graduate high school, women who want to do business and entrepreneurship, Rural women and girls, from regions, women farmers, women's NGOs, women's political and economic leaders, gender experts, etc. The immediate target group of this project is those interested and/or participating in the development of entrepreneurship among low-income women. The final target group of the project is low-income women who intend to, or are already engaged in, small businesses in individual or family enterprises, or run businesses on a cooperative basis. There are women that are refugees, and women from badly provided families that are also included in the target group.
The groups of beneficiaries should be chosen in such a way that their reputation will help them to establish a business in the future, and they can transfer their knowledge and skills to other people. The beneficiary groups will be between the ages of 18 and 55 (maybe over 60).
We are thinking about attracting municipal and public figures, individual entrepreneurs, and media representatives who have business potential in the regions and are actively involved in public life.
More also beneficiaries, who will use the results of the present project are women, and leaders, who are active in the social-political sphere and in other regions of social life living in the regions of Azerbaijan Republic.
While selecting the following main criteria will be moved out:
The woman must the leader in one of the spheres of social life;
Must have the wish to continue the present activity after finishing the training course;
That can be as the representatives of social organizations as individual faces, who are interested in the participation of the present training course;
Our organization is a female nongovernmental organization. Our beneficiaries (women) have the opportunity to take part in the decision-making process. We periodically realize surveys among target groups in order to reveal actual problems that are interesting for women and prepare programs for making decisions about these problems. There are women that are refugees, women from badly provided families that are also included in the target group.

Representatives of the beautiful half of humanity today take an active public position. In the minds of women, the image of a woman, who conquers the heights of politics and business on an equal footing with men, is becoming more and more stronger. The training courses and capacity building initiatives can then be modified to include findings of the assessment. Following technical capacity building the evaluation suggests that the focus should be on establishing access and linkages with the market for the trained beneficiaries for improved economic gains. This will allow for the creation of marketable products (and individuals, based on their skillset), which will be more likely to generate improved incomes. Based on the experience and lessons learned around the economic component of Phase 1, the second phase intends to strengthen livelihoods of the poor and vulnerable groups, particularly women, by focusing on value chains and market linkages.

Within the framework of this project, it is planned to involve 300 people (30 people in each of the 10 target regions) in public discussions on women's rights in the economic and social spheres in Azerbaijan. Also, the participation of 25 people in a seminar on the preparation of a national strategy.
Our projects mainly create opportunities for the development of women's entrepreneurship. It can be said that there are few NGOs in the region, our NGO is one of the registered active women's NGOs. In recent years, we have carried out dozens of projects with women's entrepreneurship. We have wonderful experience with this quality. The beneficiaries are young girls and women living in the regions who want to engage in small and medium businesses, as well as women of all groups. Conditions have been created for IDPs and refugees for any activity with a business interest. Public organizations, special women and youth, small children, low-income local residents, market participants, and small entrepreneurs, etc. will be involved in events.
The project identifies three target beneficiaries: future or current entrepreneurs and civil servants. Those who have information resources about job opportunities and local labor market requirements.
Social activity is also included in useful groups to eliminate regional and gender differences in their activities, to attract the potential of women and girls to actively participate in economic and social life, the ability to manage and reduce the risks of vulnerable groups.
Why we are applying for Solve - Over the past six years, the situation in Azerbaijan's civil society has deteriorated in finans directions. Until 2015, independent civil society in Azerbaijan functioned largely thanks to the support of foreign donors. Amendments to the Grants Law, however, meant that donors must now receive official accreditation, and each individual grant must also be registered and approved by the government before an NGO can spend it.
We will implement programs.
For this we need funding. The first stage includes trips to the target regions of Azerbaijan and holding public discussions on women's rights in the economic and social spheres. These meetings will be held in the format of round tables and it is planned to attract 30 people in each of the 10 target regions. The main task in the first stage of the project is to attract public attention to this topic, to discuss and exchange opinions on the ground.
The second stage of the project includes the organization of a 3-day seminar in Baku with the participation of representatives of women's NGOs, women's political and economic leaders, women parliamentarians, gender experts from all over Azerbaijan. The main objective of the seminar is the joint development of the national strategy "Women's Rights in the Economic and Social Spheres in the Republic of Azerbaijan".
The workshop will be organized and managed by an organizing team consisting of experts on the national law on gender equality and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.
Coordinators and experts will build their work based on the "participatory planning" method. Participation in the preparation of the strategy will increase the capacity and ability of the target groups.
And also we need to create websites, pay coaches and expert services.
And buy office equipment. So we are asking for funding.
