Personal debts, poor savings, poor spending habits, budget and Investments. These are common prevailing problems people in my community are not aware of that is making it difficult to achieve their financial goals.
In my town nobody is noticing that bad debts, poor spending habits and not investing is causing serious problems in their long term financial well-being.
Our mission is to create financial literacy awareness among individuals in my community and beyond.
We conduct one-on-one coaching online and offline.
Managing personal and business finances for economic growth.
Our target audiences are high school children to prepare them for the real world. Allow them to study Financial Literacy they will use in real life. University students, employees, executives, business owners, Entrepreneurs and celebrities on how to manage their personal and business finances effectively to achieve their financial goals.
We are born and raised in the community, therefore we have a good understanding about the needs and wants of the people we're serving.
From family, friends and community experience on money, we know exactly what and how to deliver the solution that can create immediate economic impact. We represent the interest of everyone in the community. Our activities are influenced by the input,ideas and agendas of the community.
My team and I have experience the real experience of debts and other financial troubles. Base on our experience, skills and knowledge, we are well position to deliver a sustainable solution on building a community of finance knowledge.
On a weekly basis, we conduct free financial literacy training and quizzes to raise the awareness of Financial education in the community.

We are currently serving 192 people in our community.
Currently we are serving a small group of people online and offline. We expect to extend and expand our services to reach a bigger audience. We can achieve that by developing a website that gives financial literacy tips and spending alerts.
We are looking for support such as technical, partnership to reach our target areas with ease and Financial support to hire additional staff, buy office equipment, upgrade our training facility and expand to more cities and towns.
Currently we are serving our community through online and offline. Our recent poll show we need to reach more people.

Financial education is an unpopular subject in my community and the country as a whole. We represent a unique learning and development solution that's empowering people how to understand how money works. An innovative strategy that is creating impact is working with popular brands and influencers on promoting the message of Financial education.
In one year our goal is to roll out a financial literacy club in all high schools in Bo Town.
In five years, we plan to launch the first financial Literacy Rado and Television in the country.
We plan to achieve that by raising funds from our annual subscription payments from high school clubs, selling affordable financial literacy training resources, reaching to government agencies and NGOs for supports.

We mostly measure our progress through surveys,polls and one-on- one engagement with our people.
We also track our progress from external recognition and awards.
Our theory of change is a successful partnership to all high school stakeholders. This will give us an opportunity to build the next generation of a financial education.
Consistent financial literacy training for high school children will create transformation in the economy as a generation who are financially savvy are born.
A key challenge in delivering our services is the digital skills gap of the people we serve. We found out most are comfortable with the instant messaging app WhatsApp, Telegram and others.
Using these apps in this stage will serve as a build block to introduce advance technology in five years time.

Currently our monthly revenue is about $150.
There is high growth potential of the business when we successfully execute the business plan.
