I can. We can.
According to Anna Kode of New York Times and her article,The Typical American Renter Is Now Rent-Burdened, a Report SaysMoody’s Analytics finds that renters in the U.S. now pay 30 percent of the median income for the average rent.
"The typical American renter is now rent-burdened — meaning that 30 percent of the median U.S. income is required to pay the average rent, according to a new report from Moody’s Analytics.
“This 30 percent is a symbolic threshold, a milestone,” said Thomas LaSalvia, the director of economic research at Moody’s.
Reaching this threshold puts typical American renters — who earn the median income and pay the average rent — where they have never been before, Mr. LaSalvia said. (According to the Pew Research Center, about 36 percent of American households rented, rather than owned, their homes in 2019, the last year that reliable data was available from the Census Bureau.) Moody’s first started tracking the metric in 1999, when the typical rent-to-income ratio was 22.5 percent.
“The rent-to-income ratio continued to climb up because income growth was not able to catch up with the rent growth,” said Lu Chen, a senior economist at Moody’s Analytics.
The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development has defined rent-burdened families as those who spend more than 30 percent of their household income on housing and “may have difficulty affording necessities such as food, clothing, transportation, and medical care.”
“The places where you saw the biggest decline in rent are now seeing the biggest increase in rents,” Ms. Chen said.
Residents in some cities are more rent burdened than others. In New York, for example, the rent-to-income ratio in 2022 was 68.5 percent, the Moody’s report found. It was followed by Miami at 41.6 percent, Fort Lauderdale at 36.7 percent and Los Angeles at 35.6 percent."

Today, housing is not affordable and accessible to vast majority of americans and people around the world. We're tackling the problem to make housing affordable and ownership accessible to even an entry-level dishwasher in America.
We repurpose shipping containers to design housing that's affordable, sustainable and beautiful.
Our design team is busy at work. Currently we've figured out how to use shipping containers to design for brick & mortar businesses and make it affordable, accessible, sustainable and beautiful.
Here is video of our F&B concept we're rolling out as stand alone business or food and beverage outlet, retail store or art gallery for example can be parked at a hotel or a local business. Curranty, we're inspiring communities to eat local and shop local.
Here is a demo of our product. Video here
We will make home ownership affordable and accessible for all. The lower income level population will be able to afford our container homes. Rather than paying high rents, they'll be able to afford a home - even as I said, a entry-level dishwasher in America can break free from the chains of renting for years or their whole lives.
We are working to bring the cost of container home down as low as possible. It will definitely be within the reach of lowest earning members of our community.
I have partnered with one of the best shipping container fabricators in US, Roxbox Containers based in Houston, TX and together, we're designing the affordable, sustainable and beautifully designed container homes.
We have currently designed and are launching these container restaurants & bars now for hoteliers. We're taking our learnings from this and now working towards bringing container homes costs down so everyone can afford them.

We measure progress by how beautiful, sustainable and affordable our container home are and will we be able to scale it and make them hip cool and sexy that people will desire and want to live in a container home.
Simply put, we will measure the progress towards our goal by how many people can stop renting and buy / afford their own home.
It's all about the economics and the more beautiful, sustainable and affordable, the more hip, cool and sexy the container home is, the more successful we'll be with selling them.
We will have a massive impact on the problem because we are designing the most beautiful, sustainable and affordable container homes.
We are building a tech-enabled marketplace and a platform for spaces, especially our most affordable container home along with a mobile app where they can design their container home. We're exploring application of AI technologies in design and fabrication of the containers to further reduce costs and make the home smart, sustainable and beautiful.
We pledge to invest 1% of our earnings from this business into one or more of the 17 Global Goals.

This business was launched two weeks ago and we have 90 leads from hotel developers who want to provide their space to the local small businesses. We're revenue generating and are now looking to leverage technology to scale our operations and work.
We are also actively fundraising with our network.
