Tata Forum
Until now, people is getting easier to obtain information and make it knowledge. But, the more knowledge obtained by people, the more people confused by information nowadays that becomes massively huge.
In order to solve the inability of human managing knowledge along with massive information, thus our team are proposing Tata Forum, a platform for forum that will help people manage all knowledge they have obtained and share it across the Internet.
This solution can change the live of millions because through the Internet, with the platform to facilitate people to manage their knowledge and obtain knowledge through managed information, we believe people can accelerate their learning and also obtain knowledge faster and more effective.
In Indonesia alone, from 280 millions of people, there are only around 10 percent of Indonesia's society that could get to at least Undergraduate education level. That is why the thought of majority people is just "do the daily thing and hope there will be something to be received eventually".
The thought is called wrong but the things that is happening right now reflects it. Governments just "follow the trends" without having any idea how actually information distribution is going. Society just "waiting for something to happen" without thinking if there is something the could contribute without waiting some Organization initiate. Teachers just "teach the thing" without having idea what actually each students did not understand. Students just "follow the rules and try to learn the thing" without figuring out what could they do to make other people can also learn the thing. Millions information come around, it can be hoaxes or facts, it's such a mess since everyone just consumes it all with no structured manner.
The bottom line is, there is a problem of initiating, collaborating, and sharing information and knowledge throughout society. And that is where Tata Forum tries to solve.
People we would likely to improve is mainly the people of Indonesia. We intends to educate people so that they could initiate anything that benefits the country and societies in it and collaborate in order to educate one another. Tata Forum will facilitate them throughout forum discussion so that societies can actually manage information and knowledge they gained and share it to the others so that the others can also gained information and knowledge through that shared information and knowledge.
Tata Forum is an information and knowledge management platform that facilitate its users to ask and discuss specific topic, and share the summarized information and knowledge of discussion in the specific topic. It also facilitates its users to manage all question-answer pairs related to a topic in a "box" maintained by any users. It also enables any kind of "authority" people to facilitate discussions so people can also obtained information or knowledge from one or many trusted source.
The main interaction of users inside this platform are ask, answer, wiki creation, topic categorization, and share. People will ask questions to create a discussion and answer the questions. The "expert" people can also answer the questions and have their answer prioritized because of the credibility of the "expert" people based on valid profile credentials. After answers inside the discussions seems to have a conclusion, a moderator will summarize the concluded answer related to the question asked. Along the way, some random people can collect the questions and store it inside a "box" that will make question-answer pairs inside the "box" to be categorized by the user. The pair will then be constructed after the question conclude an answer. After the "box" is created, users can share the "box" to people so that they can explore a knowledge or information in a structured manner.
Technology we are using are Neo4j to store data, Node.js to connect the user with data and also process needed data to provide structured information to the users, and Kotlin and React.js to create user interface to interact with other users throughout the Internet.

There are similar solutions of this problem. Those are Quora, StackExchange, and Brainly.
The main difference between our solution with those existing solutions is that the management still need an improvement in order to make discussions can be used to discuss about any existing knowledge and any information needed by people. Discussions need to be adaptive with knowledge or information discussed so that people can easily understand and/or be informed.
In order to be an understandable-informative forum, the forum should enables citizen to collaborate in order to understand and/or inform about the discussed topic. Because, in order to agree about the information on a certain topic from the crowd, it needs dozens of confirmations by all the experienced people. This "confirmations" is achieved by collaboration in gathering facts, data, and information with the "experienced" people (e.g teachers, professors, professionals, government people, etc.). The collaboration resulting a wiki for the specified topic that can also be linked with another wiki. Those wikis can be used to easily understand and/or inform about the topic because users can explore a knowledge or information in a structured manner.
Graph Database is the new technology we used to store data that have massive relationship with other data. It enables Tata Forum users to understand some linked information or knowledge through using our solution.
