These include the constant difficulty of digitizing and facilitating transactions between collection agents and customers in the field, in order to offer better traceability so prized by microfinance and their customers; But we have also noticed the strong growth of fraud and intrusions that drastically impact the profitability of the sector of activity and much more...
With his feedback, we promised ourselves that by means of digital, we will offer microfinance, but also any actor and company implementing collection a platform that will solve all its problems with a methodology and experience specific to the African context.

We aim to expand our customer base by partnering with more organizations and NGOs, enabling them to use Blucash to collect payments from their customers or beneficiaries. To achieve this, we will leverage the real-time notification system for administrators, GPS tracking of collectors, and digitized archiving of data and files, ensuring complete traceability and accountability in the payment collection process. Additionally, we will continue to improve the Blucash Mobile application to enhance user experience, including access to transaction histories and collector profiles. Finally, we will further simplify the process of taking stock for our customers by streamlining our platform to make it even faster and simpler to use.
