Sincerely
South Africa's unemployment rate was recorded to be at 32.9% as of the third quarter of 2022 which is an alarming figure and of this youth (between the ages 15 and 24 years) unemployment rate sits at 59.6% in the third quarter of 2022. Wages have also recorded a slight increase from ZAR 21 578.00 to ZAR 21 813.00 on a monthly basis. Semi-skilled occupations in the labour force remain at 46% and 29% were in low-skilled occupations as recorded in 2014.
This figure then presents an opportunity for our solution to try and improve the situation by creating an 'online labour force' which caters for all levels of labour from the unskilled to professionals and even the unemployed since there's no qualification neither any experience required to do this. Initially, our niche market is university students, this is the way for them to create a monthly income with flexibility since they'll be the ones choosing when to complete these tasks and being able to do groceries from this income obviously depending on how much effort they put in.
An integrated online platform that has put together courses and softwares that helps you make money, wherever you are, at any time of the day - with no limit to how much money one can make on a monthly basis.
Our niche market is university students in the University of Cape Town (that's if we end up launching here). Some university students juggle work and school which can be quiet hectic so with our plartform this struggle can be halted since they can do these random online activities which in return will pay them so they can fullfill their respective needs.
In 2021 I was part of the HACKcellence Fest 2021 cohort of young talented entrepreneurs from Africa, India, and the Middle
East where about 650 entrepreneurs were initially part of the competition. My company in the ideation phase (Trash-earn) at the time made it to the top 11 and eventually came in second place after virtual pitches were made in front of the international jury of professionals, CEOs, and international audience from Middlesex University Dubai campus, TOSHIBA & KIOXIA, ISD global to list a few. I aspire to bring about tangible change in the community where I grew up and expand to the whole of South Africa's most underprivileged regions, eventually being able to implement my strategy of economic empowerment, growth, and development in the whole of Africa. In my implementation of these desires I have for change, I have geared up the development stages of my startups with which we are about to launch its Minimum Viable Product by February of this year, I have also participated in University Impact's impact investing Bootcamp. This included learning financial, impact and market analysis techniques, conducting due diligence on a real organization seeking funding from University Impact, and presenting funding recommendations to University Impact's Investment Committee, also part of the Fishbowl Challenge 2022-2023. I think I'm inspired by my own background but nonetheless, I have the desire to see a change in people's lives wherever possible mostly economic empowerment with the main focus on the African continent.
I am also a founder and CEO of a non-profit organization (One Simple Change) aimed at curbing the spread of generational poverty, youth drug and substance abuse, lack of education, and lack of proper economic structures in rural South Africa by recruiting students in Higher learning institutions that originate from these targeted communities.

We are not yet operational.
I have challenges in finding the relevant software developer (they all come at a cost), I even have the application interface designed, the only thing missing for now is a developer and testing the sofware to see if it'll work. Also building a proper business model because there's one local agency I once applied to for funding and they told me I had to review my entire business plan because it was not properly defined.
- Business Model (e.g. product-market fit, strategy & development)
- Technology (e.g. software or hardware, web development/design)
Currently there exists no such plartform which intergrates legit, tested and proven online websites and teach people on how to generate money on them. Such websites are still far too scattered on the internet, not easy to find and shadowed by the negative websites which are allegedly and some proved of scamming people. Moreover, these initiatives don't recieve much publicity as a result not so many people know about them and yet in South Africa alone 41.19 million people were recorded to be using the internet in 2022. One would assume that so many people make use of these opportunities while that is not the case so our solution is to eradicate all these difficulties especially in developing countries where there exist high unemployment rates and poverty which lead to many social ills that we witness in our societies.

- 10. Reduced Inequalities
