ES Career is trying to break prejudice about people with disabilities. There are nearly 1 billion people with disabilities lives in the world. We ensure that if workplaces are suitable for people for disabilities they can work harder than the other people's. We focus their strengths for stop discrimination. Solution is prove that we are all different from each other and this not effect our productivity. Every countries and companies looking for different experiences and competencies for their open positions. Our disabilities ensure that different perspective and shortcuts. So we must consider this powerfulness for companies succsess and also encorinig people with disabilities.
In the world there are nearly 1 billion people with disabilities. (%8 of population) Also In Turkey there are 5 million people had disabilities. (%12 of population). Having a disability places you in the world's largest minority group. People with disabilities are more likely to be unemployed than non-disabled people. (World Health Organization, 2018) We focus on disability employment in Turkey and barriers which disabled people face in their business life.
Solution:
We are the bridge between people with disabilities and companies. Company side: We provide training to Human Resources teams about disability definition and disability groups. In that way we break the prejudice about people with disabilities. Also increase their awareness. Candidate side: We provide training to candidades about comminication and interaction. We prepare the candidates with disabilities to effective interview which they could explain clearly themselves without exposed prejudice. Self confident is very important for interviews. Also we provide mentoring and coaching for our candidates. After these services, we place the right candidate to right job. Sustainibility is important for us so we follow the candidates as long as they work that we placed.

We work with disabled people who can work and companies HR teams. We help candidates about explain their needs clearly. HR teams generally do not know the details of disabilities. For example,generally there are 2 type of disability ; one of them visible (orthopaedic, or other physical disability) the other one is invisible (deaf or hard of hearing, chronical diseases like kidney implant etc). We provide this all data with our report that send to HR team. Unfourtuanetly in career sites not mention this details of disabilities so HR team do hesitate to ask them what kind of disabilities they have. We make this recruitment is easy and clear. In that way there is no misunderstanding between HR and the candidates. They just focus on candidates experiences, competences and the other detail which are for technical assessment
We help candidates about explain their needs clearly. We have a software to enter all datas of candidates. Beside their education, location, experiences also we keep their abilities, what they can be able to, group and situation of disabilities, accesibility etc. It help us to direct candidates to suitable job. We first evaluate disabled candidates technical capability and then check their ability to work the right work place. Our software allow this kind of data for keep. There is also corporate memory in ES Career. We provide coaching, mentoring and training for the candidates with disability also. After these kind of services, we keep all feedbacks in our software.

ES Career is the first and only disability services company in Turkey and as I know in Europe. Our goal is to create further and sustainable employment opportunities for disabled employees. According to the studies, 13% of Turkey’s population is consists of disabled people and only 22% of them can work actively and that’s exactly 2 million people. We talked about the numbers because
our priority is to ensure this active workforce is used correctly and that candidates are placed in appropriate positions.
This business model had been never tried before because of subject’s critically and challenges. The program needs to be tailor to what each subject is capable of doing.You have to know about all disabilities details for doing this job. I am also a disabled person who worked on an HR team. So I know what both sides need. This is an advantage for ES Career. I ave an understanding from the personal experience.
We have software that collects all data on the system. We had customized the system which already exists. We worked with a software company and told them our needs. They created a new surface according to our needs. We were testing it for a long time and it is working now. In Turkey this is the kind of system we use.we only have this kind of system. We search suitible candidates according to brief that we take from the companies’ HR team and search new candidates from several career sites. Also our web site include supply butto to several positions. We also collect CV’s from there. The people with disabilities CV and reports keep on this software. For example; HR commens after interview, candidates apology reason that who can cot attend the interview with related HR, how candidates wants to go on their career etc. We have 3.500 candidates that we already interviewed face to face and all data save at our software system.

People with disabilities need to encouragingabout present themselves. We do this. We listen them carefully and find what they need. Discrimination is no allow to evaluate them transparently. Our approach is very objective to all people also people with disabilities. So we can clearly understand their needs. We placed a lot people with disabilities in several company and several positions by this way. For example ; Abbott – Accounting Specialist, Redbull – Department Assistant, Bosch – IT Specialist , Siemens – IT Manager , E.ON – HR Specialist , Starbucks – Barista, Shaya Group – HRBP, Amgen – Purchasing Specialist, H&M – Merchandiser etc. We places over 300 people with disabilities to several companies. This is the evidence of our success.

We are planning to open a new market place. Our software is going to be developed to serve every company has need to employed people with disabilities . Every company will have an account to access our software system. They can see all details of the people with disabilities such as status of disability, experiences, competencies which was determined in our interviews. This is a treasury for HR team because it is very hard to reach this information. It takes so much times and needs to so much headcount. So this will be a shortcut for all companies. In five years, firstly Turkey and then countries in Europe could use this marketplace.
The first obstacle we must overcome is prejudices. We will need a large budget for marketing and PR activities. Everyone has to be informed about disability employment. Also people with disabilities has to be informed about their right. They have to be train by ourselves about communication, adaptation to corporate life etc. This training will be helped to break the prejudice for the people with disabilities.

We arrange and design social responsibility programmes for corparete companies.
At the same time, we inform the two teams to increase the employment of people with disabilities. For this we eran money a project-based fee.
We plan to establish a Market Place for sustainability and globalization. We aim to develop this platform on a user-based basis in countries with disabilities.
We will add the reports that specify the details of the disability status of the people, which is our value proposition, to this platform and ensure that companies filter the disabled employees correctly.
Actually we want to make our voice public. This is the first and only company that do this job in Turkey&Europe. So we love our job and we want to become a larger enterprise to reach much more people.
There are 1 billion disabled people in the world and this issue is still a big problem in every country.
We are trying to reach disabled people and find jobs for them. We think that it will be much better first to start with companies knowing the disability situation of the people.
We want to develop and expand our platform to achieve this goal. We want to serve all over the world, not only in Turkey. This goal requires financial resources and labor force. Therefore we applied to MIT SOLVE.

Actually we want to become a part of every company about disability employment. We can provide our consultancy and know -how and increase disability employment rate.For example, we would like to work with WHO for increase awareness about hire and working with people with disabilities.
We would like to give information to people with disabilities that they have areas to work. on the other hand, I would cooperate with this association to convince companies that they can work in appropriate jobs according to the accessibility of people with disabilities.
At the same time, we could work with technology firms to contribute to the accessibility of people with disabilities. we could discuss and find solutions to the accessibility problems of disabled employees that we have experienced and experienced.
