How are you and your team well-positioned to deliver this solution?

Through the workshop and own experience, I observed the dizziness problems encountered when traveling by transportation and using virtual reality devices and found that patients with related diseases also have troubles such as dizziness. Therefore, in the mode of design thinking, use Mandala Chart to make ideas. Combined with Danish design skills, empathy maps and open space, plus discussions on talking waterfalls, the product operation process was improved, and then the details of product use were constructed from the perspective of human factors by interviewing surrounding people and medical staff.
